Indian pharmaceutical companies

This may be really dumb, but I was thinking that people spend so much on medications from shady sources and, wouldnt it be easier to order from a shady pharmaceutical company in a country such as India? I was looking at Indian pharmaceutical company websites and they sell buprenorphine, and morphine tablets for really cheap prices. I saw some companies that sell papaver somniferum in bulk and since it's from india it would be cheap as hell and you'd know they have the good high opium containing poppies, instead of those crazy papavers they genetically modified to have low alkaloids. I dunno it's just a thought. There are literally THOUSANDS of Indian pharmaceutical companies that sell controlled substances and other medications. India is a major opium producing country so you can be sure that most of the companies do sell opiates of some sort. Usually morphine, buprenorphine, and some form of codeine. I'm not quite sure what it's called, but it's similar to codeine. I dunno probably just a stupid thought, but who knows, at least you could find a cheap source for papaver somniferum. In India people make like 100-300$ a month if they are of medium wealth, so just imagine how cheap things are.
