Avinza IV Help

Hello I am new to Opiophile. I have a quantity of 60mg EX-R Morphine Sulfate capsules, brand name Avinza. I dislike administering Morphine Sulfate orally or nasally, I think it gives a dirty dysphoric nausiating high "compared to the 20mg Oxycodone Ive been insullfating". I recently crushed and chopped finely 60 mg of MS and eyeballed half the pile estimating 30mg and put it into a spoon with water and heated and mixed it "Avinza so it has different inactive ingredients I am not familiar with" dropped the cotton ball into the spoon and sucked up the liquid which was annoying because of air bubbles and the plunger being pulled to far up and liquid still being in the cotton ball. Well I shot up IV and it was great but it burned compared to the Baxter morphine pre liquid I aquired years ago which was made for Intra muscular injection. After i enjected which had to be perfect to the vein a big ass bump appeared but didn't bruise. Well My questions are

1: What is the best way to filter MS out of Avinza for IV Use

2: How come Im getting huge bumps when i know the injection was perfect "maybe because Extracted pill liquid?"

3: Is IM injection a better way to go about administering MS
