Baclofen

Any experience with it? Im prescribed it for neuropathic pain. Works like GHB as a gabba b agonist. It also makes me pass out and unresponsive like ghb. I havent done g in so long I cant tell if the effects are similar. Tolerance is produced very fast like in a matter of a few days. On wiki it also says physical dependence will occur over long periods and withdrawl seizures / convulsions are common without a taper. Scary.

I used to take it. Found no side effects or anything at all. Never even knew I was taking it.

On the other hand, I saw a special recently on drug addiction and apparently some researchers believe that Baclofen may help prevent/reduce/control cravings a little bit in relation to cocaine.

Yea Ive also heard about it being used in addiction. Has something to do with regulating dopamine release if Im not mistaken. Ive noticed very sedative effects with as little as 40mg although now to provide relief and a little sedation it takes about 100mg with some Lyrica.

That doesn't surprise me I suppose- I am pretty damn resistant to the effects of drowsiness from any kind of substance or medication. So I am not a real good indication of the drowsiness effects of anything...
