is it safe to inject 30 mg oxy IV after I've taken 15 mgs of adderall about 4 hours earlier?

Harm Reduction shooting is pils is not good is not good in any sense.

Assuming you have some tolerance to both, stimulant dose could overpower opiates..maybe a waste. I hear that ppl do enjoy speedballn or poor mans anyway,
Half the oxy dose if you are not tolerant or you could be puking.

That amount of Adderall (and most amounts) won't prevent an overdose.

If you have been able to handle 30 mg. Oxy recently then you should be feeling just fine.
