So let's say;

You are offered an unlimited lifetime supply of the pharm. opiate/opioid of your choice. Natural, semi, or fully synthetic. Anything that is produced pharmaceutically, anywhere in the world; whether or not it's used here in the U.S., It doesn't matter. This is up to you.

Under the following conditions;

1.) The narcotic which you choose will be the only opioid you are ever able to use, ever again (but hey, you get a lifetime supply, allowing you to stay well and functioning to your full potential, so it's a fair trade off to say the least)

2.) In order to make the most wise Junkie decision, you must take into consideration factors such as drug half life, toxicity - build up of metabolites, renal impairment issues, etc (you will be taking large doses each and every day for the rest of your life) And the tolerance build up of the drug (Obviously, tolerance to these will grow at different rates, some level off, some don't) SO....

Make the best decision possible for you. REMEMBER - It's the only narcotic you will ever be able to use again in your entire life. Once you choose, you're stuck with it.

I figured this might start a fun discussion.

Let's have some fun with this. Think outside the box.

I've never had the opportunity to try Dipipanone - and most likely never will, living in the US and all.

For me - OXYMORHONE hands down!!!!

It doesn't get much better for me than that.

Though I've never been much of an IV user; It's nice, but I could take it or leave it - And I guess at this point in my life, just being maintained on a consistent dose of opiates (whatever type) is a fucking High in itself.

BUT, given the choice - Why the fuck not!? I mean, having a steady supply and all, it's not like I'll end up getting strung out again...

My impulse answer would be Fentanyl but it wouldn't be long until I'd be wearing Armani suits made from nothing but patches. Rationally I would choose Oxymorphone. I might live a month or two longer.

EDIT: I think there's at least one thread like this somewhere on the board. I'm going to check it out.
