i was over an "friends" house picking something up yesterday and his girlfriend asked me if i had ever smoked suboxone...

yup.

i laughed. i thought they were kidding.

they werent. she said they got, like, totally messed up. they looked on the internet and everything. she said she read that its supposed to be like smoking black tar heroin. these two have never even seen heroin. she said it even got black and sizzled!! ooooh!

what is the world coming to?

OTOH: My junkiesense tells me that if you've ever looked for somewhere to unload suboxone at 20$ a pill, you might just have found it!

If it was Oxycodone or morphine, I might try it just to say I tried it once. I know I'm a little old to be experiementing like this but what the Hell? I just like to say I've tried everything once so I have some first-hand knowledge.

But, I'm going to pass on smoking Suboxone. My banana-peel smoking days are far behing me... Just think about how small 8mg of material really is. Most of that pill is worthless filler and the other 10mg is worthless buperenorphine/nalaxone. I see no point in this...

They do if you don't have a tolerance though, don't they? I remember getting high, well high is a strong word, but I definetly felt it, when I did 2mg before I had a tolerance.

I also read that bupe-abuse is quite common in Sweden. Now Swedes are dubious people at best, but still...

an iv shot of bupe without tolerance is indeed a great rush/flash/kick! When buprex 0.3mgs (real small tablets) were available without prescription here they were abused as hell and most people that did use them in IV form (old time junkies) says that the rush were an amazing feeling... I can say the same..
But that only works with low or no tolerance and only if you use less than 1mg of bupe or else the tolerance will go up very rapidly and leading one to not feeling them in a matter of days.. but if you use less than 1mg of bupe the tolerance will not go up that fast and one can abuse them for some weeks or months with a rush every shot..

buprex would be subutex not suboxone though wouldn't it??

buprex were/are 0.3mgs very small pills of buprenorphine only.

Subutex would be the same but with a lot more fillers and way higher doses.. And remember what i said, buprenorphine is WAY BETTER in smaller doses, above 1mg the antagonistic properties are more prevalent than doses bellow that. But that would only work if your tolerance was according to that.

In my experiences, i can say that 0.6mgs of IVed buprenorphine is the same as 15mgs of IVed morphine. That if you dont are addicted to agonists AND your tolerance is lower or equal to that.

i wonder what would if you captured the smoke inside a 3mL syringe, put the plunger in and IVd it. probably something totally awesome! plus youd have a little plume of smoke coming out of the hole in your arm.

and ok. fine. i do feel "something" off bupe. not sure what id call it though. does coffee get you high?

aaaand ok. fine. after she said "its just like black tar heroin" i was all "psssh. note to self: stop and get some foil on way home"
