Oxycodone 10/325mg + Soma 350mg
I've had lower back pain for the last two weeks. I can't remember doing anything to injure my back. My doctor has only examined me physically...he has not taken any x-rays yet. I went back to my doctor today and I told him the hydrocodone (Lortab 10/500) wasn't really helping with the pain.
I told him that I had a few Percocet which I used this past weekend and that it worked much better than the hydrocodone. He asked me if I wanted Percocet or if I wanted something stronger.
He prescribed 120 Endocet (10/325) and 120 Carisoprodal (Soma). He told me to try the percocet and if it didn't work we would try something stronger and that he would order some x-rays of my lower back.
I've read some posts on this website about combining hydrocodone and Soma. Does Soma increase the euphoric effects of oxycodone? Is oxycodone/soma a good combination? I have never been prescribed, nor taken any soma. I can usually take 4/5-10mg Endocets as a starting dose (high tolerence...duh).
Should four Endocets be followed with just one soma? Any information on this combination would be appreciated.
Thanks!
