I know this has prolly been covered before, but is there anywhere in the U.S. you can get codeine OTC?....I know its possible in Canada and most other countries.....if its a stupid question, feel free to say so...peace

This was covered in a thread awhile back. Some states you are able to buy a codiene cough syrup once amonth from the pharm. without a Rx. Don't remember what states, I am not in one, don't know about Florida, but anyway it was usually only the older Mom and Pop type pharm. that would honor this system that old school shit ya know

you can get the cough syryup from qute a few places on line. the stuff i ordered came from Spain of all places, it was like $50 bucks a bottle total of 300 mg of codeien.

yea some states u definitely can, or even some pharmacies in every state if u hit the right one, because the codeine syrup is likely to have guaifanesin in it which is an expectorant. If you dont know what that is, u prob dont, if u chug the whole bottle which most codeine syrups that contain guafanesin in them, you will puke, and puke, and then puke some more and feel like shit. You cannot buy OTC for sure codeine syrup only, it will have additives.

But you can buy Immodium AD over the counter anywhere, its active ingredient is Loperamide which is an Opiate. It is pretty useful during the WD times.

Lopermide is an opioid and I never helps me in WD.....I just accually like a codein buzz once in a while...

You can also buy T3s OTC in Washington State among other places. It depends really.

Loperamide is worthless save for perhaps a W/D tool. Structurally it is an opiate/opioid but it has a problem with BBB. The only way to gain effect is via direct injection into the brain! Noone in their right mind will do that so forget it. Also, althoug it is tstructurally correct, structure means little as we see with Kratom's predominant alkaloid Mitragynine.

Although it's not illegal, in reality hardly anyone sells them. You can't just walk into most pharmacies and demand codeine. Rumor is that a few mom and pop shops still carry and sell codeine OTC but people tend to keep the location of those rarities pretty tightly wrapped. Easier to just drive to BC.
