Hydromorphone

I've snorted these in the past, years ago when I had a low tolerance, but now I want to know a more effective way to use this besides IV. also how do you prepare a shot? I've heard you only need to crush and add water or are there fillers now or what? would IM or SC be effective? what about sublingual vs. snorting? what about rectal administration? which would be the most effective just wondering, thanks. also is 12-24mg too much to experiment with in one shot if you usually take say 80-100mg methadone or 80-160mg oxycodone.

Unless its Immediate release It has all kinds of goo added to it. The minute you warm it it gels. I heard you could cold water disolve it but it did not work for me.

If it is Kadian with the little balls in a capsule that can be cooked and filtered.



Oh and I'm totaly insane and tell stories too.

Do I need to say that??? I'm still trying to find out if I want to hang here and just not sure what the style/flow is here

kadian is morphine, did you mean palladone (an extended release brand of hydromorphone)? the dilaudids I want to know about are instant release. but if you have info on extracting time released hydromorphone please post that too!

Dilaudid tablets dissolve quite well in sterile water, and with one or two passes through fine paper filters it makes a good IM or SC injection. During Vietnam, US medical people used Dilaudid that had no coloration in it, which was able to be thrown into a glass syringe, crushed with the plunger, and mixed for injection with water drawn right into the syringe. You may have a high tolerance with the oxy use mentioned, but you might start at 8 or 10 the first time around just to be sure you don't overdo it.

I have read that its best to crush the pill add the water and heat it until a scum forms on top of the water or the water begins to clear up. Then use a cotton and suck it up as usual. From my reading and talking with others your running a risk of getting and absces by IM'ing or SC'ing pills unless they have been filtered with a micron filter. Oh and I have shot 120mg of Oxycodone with very little effect and 16mg of Dilaudid was not much more potent to me. It took around 20-24 before it was even what I would call decent. I still feel Heroin is a much better drug. Oh and snorting is bascially a waste you won't feel it even as much as oxycodone when snorting. Not sure about sublingual or rectal though.

I just smashed two 2mg I.V.of hydromorphone and tho its not the best I've evr felt I do feel good, real good and I am having a hard time typing...........CU

Dilaudid is the love of my life. I will miss it very much. Being as I'll probably be broke for a while

i wouuld start off with 4 to 8 mg... even with your meth dose.... IMO non IV use of hydromorph is a waste... the best fucking rush out there.

just crush in water, and filter... no need to cook...

fair warning, nothing will fuck your tolerance more then a steady flow of hydromorph...
