Looking for a place to discuss kratom.

I recently registered on the kratom forum but I am not able to participate on their forum because I am in a "probationary period" not for breaking any rules, I have not even made a post yet, but because they all seem like assclowns with their "burn/aroma" gimmick. I was an IV user for about 4 years up until 2009. I became completely clean. I do mean 100% clean and sober. In the summer of 2011 I injured my shoulder at work and was given tramadol. Well the doctor I was seeing closed his practice and I was unable to afford a different doc. I turned to kratom. I used kratom which was purchased at local shops for months and my wife finally ordered me some from an online vendor for fathers day. If anyone is interested in my story or discussing this post so.

I also have a question about kratom. I got a free sample a few weeks ago but don't know if it"s even worth trying with my tolerance. Thing is, I ran through all my b/t meds a few days early so I'm in pain and mild w/d even though I'm wearing fent patch. The sample I have is 10g red horn. Is there any chance this will help?

It honestly doesn't sound like it will do much with your tolly. You would need more than 10g to even touch that habit, but it def won't hurt.

Red horn works great especially when you are in w/d from a regular opiate like in pill form or pain old herion.
It seems to work best when you are taking veery low amounts of your DOc, and use kratom as the main substance used for pain relief. I have found if you try it the other way trying to just supplement with kratom it just does not work well at all. the pain relief is just not there when taking both.

For example I usualy take 120 mg of Opana Er per day, but if I only take 40 mg of Opana and taken kratom every 4 hours or so, I seem to do rather well off of about 5 grams of good plain leaf red vein types.

Yes another Alabamian here. Pretty far northwest. I had been using Club 13's kratom shots because I could buy them locally but that shit was getting too expensive and I am almost sure no two shots contain a consistent amount. Also club 13's other products are shit. My wife ordered me some Kratom from a vendor, or actually she just said here is some money order yourself some. I picked Major Kratom because they have a 25 gram tin variety pack called "the log" One tin of Sumatran Superior, one tin of premium green vein, white vein sumatran, red vein borneo, "Lush Bang Baru", "Major's Maeng Da" and "Spec B" all of which I am assuming are house blends. Service was great, They sent me a survey to do for a coupon code, I even emailed the guy to tell him how happy I was and he quoted me on the site. I do think each tin was not quite 25 grams but I could just be using more than I think. Today is going to be my last day of use and I will be off work for a few days so I am just going to relax and try not to use any of my kratom. Either way I am still new to kratom and I am afraid of getting burned by vendors or getting some crapy ole crap. Basically I want to know what kind you cats use, how you prepare it and so on. I want to hear from people on a forum and not some shill doing a testimonial on a vendor's site.

Have to agree, even with the strain choice. Red Dragon is consistently my favorite Mu product, not super expensive and it hits me 3x harder than any other strains. Thing is when you start to get stronger strains (and dont have a super tolerance/habit) you can do too much. It has only happened to me once when Mu sent me some free extract and I toss'n'washed as much as I would with plain leaf. Dizziness, nauseau, almost reminded me of how I always freak out when I used to smoke pot.

Personalized emails, free samples, cheap prices, your package is always to you in 3days max (I dunno how he gets it two we me in two days sometimes, we live on opposite coasts) -- no real reason to go anywhere else. Never heard of the website you're ordering from but the Red Thai Dragon is 100grams for $40 (he also has cheaper strains) and you're guaranteed to get a few free samples.

I feel like a walking billboard for Mu, but its like being on a dope corner and ten feet to the left there is a corner where they sell much better shit. You would want that stuff! With Kratom it's very much the same, shady websites, scams, BS overhyped products so it's nice to have an overtly generous and legit supplier.

I've recently tried Kratom again for the first time in a couple years. At that time I felt it hadn't really done anything for me, but since pods were dead and pills were ridiculously expensive I gave it another try. I just got my second order from Leaping Leaf and I am loving the Kratom experience so far.

I tried the custom blend sampler at first, and really enjoyed the burn of Platinum White, and I also got a couple other 50g bags of PG Maeng da and Red Horn. The PG is a more invigorating strain and the Red Horn is for chilling out. Hopefully these will last awhile since I have a tendency to go overboard when I get things in bulk.
