Yeah, I had called that $100 one about a month ago, and they said they would be sending the checks out by the second week of Oct. So hopefully I'll get 'em all at once. I'm also anxious for the $75 one because I did it in 3 different names and addresses, so, *fingers crossed*...

and people don't forget to check the etc job section of craigslist for surveys and focus groups from time to time. it's a good way to make an extra 100 here and there. or a lot more if you're willing to be a medical guinea pig. it's at yourcity dot craigslist dot org/etc. i've done ones on smoking and tv and cell phones it's really easy..

My problem was I needed it this whole time I was waiting and now I have it, I don't have anything to use it on. For those of you haven't received it, what date did you fill yours out?
I think the survey closed Aug 28th and the date on my check states Sept. 28th and just received mine today Oct 14th.

Iriewon, that is when I filled mine out as well. Actually, my friend who lives 400 yards away received his the same time. We both filled ours out 30 minutes apart on the same day.
