Yea this was the first time I have ever filled out a online survey. I was uneasy giving out my name and my address but I'm happy I did. Cool thing was I have been off subs for a good while now and I was still able to participate in the survey. As far as me being willing to have a bup implant there isn't no way I'd be okay with that. I can see me now in the bathroom cutting that shit out because I wanna get high.

Anyways I haven't went to the bank yet to cash the check but it looks like the check is legit. I'll report back if there is any problems but I do'y for see any.
