New $75 Survey for Sub Patients

i hear ya on that! i see my doc today and can afford my methadone but not my morphine. luckily the $100 checks are supposed to be processed this week.

i'm getting a little frustrated with CAP. when i inquired about the checks in the beginning of the month i was told that checks are processed 6-8 weeks after the end of the study. well, the study closed on sep-13, which make it over 9 weeks since that date. i haven't heard about anyone getting a check and judging by the conversation i've had with angela i'm pretty sure that they haven't sent out one single check. i know they'll be sent at some point as i've done stuff for them before, but i'm getting extremely frustrated that we've been told that checks would be processed by now and they haven't sent out anything.

i don't imagine they conduct themselves this way with their vendors, so i'm going to try to speak with someone in their accounts payable dept to find out why they haven't done this in the timeframe they laid out.

I didnt even think about taking the survey multiple times either lol. At least i feel a little less stupid seeing that some of you guys spaced on it too.

well, it turns out that the person in their accounts payable dept isn't in the office on fridays, so i ended up emailing people at the top of the food chain at CAP. i hate having to get people like that involved as i know that they've got more important things to deal with, but when you're not getting satisfaction you gotta do what you gotta do. i wrote a very professional email and laid out all my points regarding this and how i felt it was unacceptable that they have not paid survey participants in the timeframe that they laid out in the initial solicitation for our time & opinions. a couple of hours later i had a response from the COO of the company.

in the end i am reasonably certain that at least some of the checks will be cut and go out in monday's mail. i'm hoping that the usps just comes through for me and i get the check on wednesday as it would be really nice to get my morphine script, and my bp script, filled before thanksgiving.

got my $100 check from Curtis Analytic Partners in the mail today! perfect timing so i could fill my msir script before thanksgiving.

Quick update for anyone that has not received their check from Curtis Analytic Partners. While they have sent out some checks, they still have not sent out all of them. I spoke with a representative yesterday and she said they have not forgotten about us and the checks will be sent out shortly. She said I should receive mine in about a week, but no later than the end of the month. I will post whenever I finally receive mine to keep anyone who is still waiting on their check updated.

Also wanted to say thanks to MMC for staying on CAP's ass to get these checks out! No one may have ever got a check without you emailing the COO and making sure they upheld their end of the deal.

You guys are not going to believe this, we just received the $100 check form Curtis Analytic Partners for the Sub survey. We had pretty much given up on it quite some time ago. Oh happy day! The check is dated 4/11/2012, and it was taken back in September along with the $75 one.

Wow Smaxie i seen this thread reopened and was thinking dang i havent gotten mine from cap yet either.. maybe ill get really lucky this week and get the $100 check..could have used it thursday though for friday and clinic day but ill take it this week,lol..

Ok so I take it the surveys are over and I cant participate in either one at this point?

I followed the link for the $75 dollar one and the link was to a forum and if I read it correctly I believe its over? Are there any paid surveys for people on subs at the present time? I sure would like to make half's a weeks pay in one day.

Nope, sorry, they fill up really fast for obvious reasons. Neither of these surveys can be filled out anymore, and when new ones show up you generally have to sign up for it within one or two days, sometimes even faster.

for Suboxone (tablets or films) patients and physicians
that will pay you $75.
