Help! Escreen Drug test for Wal Mart

Now I'm pretty sure the escreen only does the 5 panel test and the opiates it tests for are the morphine metabolites. Has anyone had actual experience with this? I have a drug test tomorrow at 90 and I was hoping that they would give me at least a couple days seeing tat it's New Year's and all, but they are requiring me to take it within 24 hrs of this morning.

Does anyone have any acutal experience with this type of of test and with wal mart in general? It's a good job and I don't want to fuck it up. I bought a cleanser just in case but I don't know how good it will be. please help!!!

LMAO. Are you meaning this is an E-employment screening for working at wal-mart, as in getting hired?

I was very briefly employed (only about a month) in late-summer / early-fall 2008. I was told to go to this place within 24 hours to drop a UA, and if it was clean, of course I'd be hired.

I only had Subs in my system, and was scripted them, so I didn't even bother telling them that because 1.) I have a script for it; 2.) I'm sure they don't test for Subs; and 3.) it's none of their business.

As for it only being a 5-panel, I'm not sure. I want to say mine was either a 7 or 9 panel. And I think it may have included oxycodone. I know it included the standard 5 panel like you're talking about, that will only catch morphine, heroin, and codeine, but I know it also tested for MDMA, benzos and barbs (which I know aren't on the standard 5-panel.

I hate to say it, but you may be fucked. Just try to drink plenty of fluid, and if you need to, use that cleansing thing.

The place I did it at was a UTC contracted to do this testing for this particular Wal-Mart. Basically the nurse just gave me the cup, put a blue tablet in the toilet, said I could close the doors but not lock them, and also that I couldn't turn the water on until AFTER I brought the sample out. I did all of that, and she put it in some kind of machine, and I got the job.

If I were you, I'd be doing the cleansing thing.

Edit: Upstate is right, it would help if you told us which drug. For some reason I thought I read you were worried about oxy. Guess not. But yeah, you're going to have to say which drug(s) you're worried about.

I asked the same question a year or so ago. Personally, I think they should replace the PCP on the 5-panel with benzos, although they'd have to test for several different kinds of benzos. But still, yeah, I think more people would be using benzos recreationally than PCP. Hell, I've never even seen PCP.

Edit: I know why I thought she was worried about Oxycodone. Because this thread is in the Oxy section.

If it's oxy, OP, I'm pretty sure they'll test for that. Pray, drink lots of fluids, and use that cleansing thing, especially if you have to do it within 24 hours and know you'll fail.

If you're in the northeast then i could see why they would test for PCP. Dust has been becoming more popular over the years on the east coast. almost everyone i know usually adds a little dust into their blunts when they smoke herb. its not uncommon and has become more popular recently

Yeah, I wondered about the freaking PCP panel too--I think it is thrown in there to add to the costs of such multi-panel tests.

If you cannot tell someone is on PCP (or Ketamine, etc...) then fuck, you gots more problems than the druggie does. I thought that maybe the PCP panel might detect Ketamine use, but they are probably different enough that they will not have cross-reactive metabolites.

Good luck, drink water, coffee and some vitamin-B. If you're a religious person, pray to God, Allah, baby JE-sus that you pee dilute-enough. If you haven't taken Morphine, Codeine or Heroin in the last 5 days, you prolly gots nuffin to worry about. Oxy requires a separate test. Whether they use this, or not,..??

Well, there isn't anyone I can reasonbly ask for thier pee. Although, you know, I read on a website that the laboratories can't tell the difference between whther the specimen is the actual donor's or either another "human's or non-human's specimen" without having to do a DNA test!!! So, jokingly of course, I told my hubby that I could get my dog to pee-pee for me in a cup and I could take that along with me!!! LOL But of course that's ridiculous because I'm sure that the creatinine levels and whatever other stuff they check for will be different and my cup will get tossed out.......though to be completely honest I thought about it a little longer than I probably should have.....

Well, right now I'm drinking a shitload of water and will continue to do so until about 5 or 6 when then I will take my cleanser and then I'll refill that bottle and drink that. I think I'm going to have to ride my bike or find some way to get to the testing facility because I don't actually have a ride and I'm kind of concerned that all that excersize right before the test will force more metabolites into my urine. If I do have to ride there, I plan on stopping a few times along the way to empty. I hope this isn't a bad idea.

Now, worse case scenario, if I do fail, I have gotten prescriptions for oxycodone and for hydrocodone in the past, but I don't have any proof of this physically with me, but I suppose I could call a pharmacy and ask them to provide some sort of proof for me. I could always tell them that I had kept the pills that I didn't use in case I ever needed them and that I had to take some this week because of horrible cramps, and then beg them to let me retake the test.

Has anyone ever tried this and what kind of results did you get with that? Like having had been prescribed the drug, but not being able to provide any proof on the spot for it?


I can't fail this....this job is my ticket to a new place (sooner rather than later)....and my unemployment is going to run out soon......

i tried that, i had some left over from dental work. i told them, i slipped on ice, and couldn't afford to go to the doctor, and had a few oxy irs left. they told me, " even though they are in your name, you used them off label. the doctor only approved them for pain, from dental work. and they should of been discarded". i do have a blown out knee from football, and if you look at it, its obvious. but still no go.

now, this was a test for a computer tech job, for a place that has a contract with the gov. to do fbi software. so they probably are more strict, then wally world. but for 10 and change an hour, that would be a shame, if you didn't get it!

i have heard to drink plenty of liquid, and to make sure you take some vitamin b, to help make your piss more yellow. also they can check creatine levels, so taking some of them would help. i am sure this aint a sure way to pass, but along with your cleanser, and the fact the might not even check for oxy at all, you might have a chance.

Thanks guys, everything I've been reading says that eScreen checks only for morphine and I've been sitting here for, oh like 5 hrs! Drinkin Water! So I think I'll take a nap for a bit then take my cleanser in about an hour and then pee a whole lot before I go.

remember. if your piss is to diluted from water they can tell.

i doubt you have any creatine laying around, it can be had at any gnc or even WAL-MART lol. and vitamin B, you can also get at those places.

creatine can be expensive, if you have any one you know the goes to the gym, or works out ask them. you should only need 2-3.

Another update....So I couldn't go to the lab, right? Well I called Wal Mart and told the HR lady. She almost got snippy with me and tried to imply that I was going late, but I was like, I just got home I would have been on time had they been available for me. So she says I'll call you back. She calls back and insists I go to a different lab and I had to been there within 1/2 hr of getting off the phone with her!!! I was so pissed! But I went anyways cause, hell I'd been stressing it all night and didn't sleep like at all, so I figured if I fail, at least I showed up.

This new lab also had the Escreen, but there were two options when I peeked at her comp.: a 5-panel option w/o extended opiate detection and then the escreen...

So I pissed and my sample was just the lightest yellow possible and good temp, so I should be good on the dilution...

Soo to celebrate...Ima get nice and fuked up...

I don't know about Ketamine, but I did get a false-positive years ago when I first went back to college (2002) for PCP, and I've never done PCP in my entire life. I was, however, doing bottles upon bottles of DXM cough syrup at the time since I couldn't get access to the drugs that I wanted and had no car to drive.

So, since I had a false-positive for PCP because I had taken DXM, maybe it's possible with Ketamine too? I don't know.

I just remember the nurse telling me AND my sister that I had tested positive for PCP. My sister cried, I looked all "like what the fuck are you talking about?" and the nurse just looked like "oh man, not this shit, I need a better job where I don't have to deal with this shit."

Lil-T, yes, I'm almost 100% correct in that mine was either a 7 or 9 panel. Maybe it depends on the area? We're quite a ways away, so maybe the different Wal-Mart districts test for the drugs prevalently used in those areas? I don't know. But, yes, I'm sure it was more than just a 5-panel. But, at least you've got to Monday now.

Like Panda said, if you can keep clean until then, and drink plenty of water / fluids, then I'm sure you'll pass.

You can still buy PCP on the street in Chicago. Generally, some old school black gangs sell it as a soaked joint, vacuum sealed, called "wet bombers" or wikki sticks. And some hispanic gangs sell it in bottles of liquid called "water", or a foil pack of soaked tea leaves. It's not nearly as popular as it was years ago, but it's still around.

You can find it in the vicinity of *** and *** very easily.

When I was a teen-ager my friends and I used to smoke A lot of it... but I'm not interested in being COMPLETELY wacked out of my mind anymore.

In the mid-80's in the St. Louis area, PCP was sold under the name "Whack" or "Wack". Reading Papa-V's post reminded me of why dey calls its Whacks.

Just updating on this for you guys, cause I'm happy. I did pass.

They got the results the SAME DAY. New Years Eve. Well I didn't contact them right away and they said they tried to contact me but I didn't get any voice mail or call on my call id. So they were going to remove the job offer! But I talked to a few people and appartently they really needed someone so I start tomorrow!!

I'm so excited to get hired somewhere in an economy like this!

I guess the eScreen didn't check for oxycodone, or my cleanser worked....YAY!

Hope you get lucky. I took a pre-employment test with those smart cups. I told the guy ahead of time something I am prescribed may show up. He said to take the test and if something comes up, then I could tell him about it. It didnt come up (oxy). Then I wished I didnt say anything beforehand.

I'm almost positive it's a 5-panel regular test, and I've been doing 90-120 mgs oxy daily for a couple days. I was hoping they would give me a couple days to do take the test, but of course I got 24 hrs. So I did get a cleanser...but have used it in the past for pot and it wasn't successful...I didn't pee enough times..

From what I have read, oxy doesnt come up because its synthetic and the OPI the test is testing for is morphine deriv. Oxy comes up only if specifically tested for.

I bet you pass if its the 5 panel... I am pretty sure thats what mine was.

i would by suregel at publix. two come in one box, mix them both in a big ass hawaiian punch jug full of water and drink it all up. make sure you piss at least once before the test after drinking, and when you go in the cup go midstream. this has always worked for me, as well as some of my friends, but that doesn't mean its 100%... but its my best advice.
