Problem with shooting Dilaudid

Ok I posted this in my other thread but thought it would probably be answered quicker if I made another.I get the generics that have M on one side and 4 on the other does anyone think I can get 2 pills into a one CC syringe. Because either I use too much water on one pill or they need as much water as I use one or the other and the rig ends up being full. I want to shoot two hopefully I won't have to risk getting higher CC syringes because I'm not a good liar so I don't think I could say I had a pet that needed a vitamin injection with a straight face.

You dont have to lie to get syringes, in fact if youve got insulin syringes, if you arent a diabetic your already lieing. And they can easily trip you up with diabetic questions.

First my advice is to order syringes over the internet, there are plenty of places i used a few with no questions. Otherwise just say you have promethazine shots and want to dilute them with saline so they dont hurt. Or say you use Vitamin B-12 injections in large amounts, some people and doctors recomend huge amounts of B12 injection, it varies.

Ive walked into pharmacies and asked for boxes of 100 3ml 27g syringes and never told them a thing.

Next, you have a white M/4 pill, thats probably Mallinckrodt, its a white round pill right?


You should be able to get 2 pills worth of hydromorphone into a 1cc syringe, unless there big pills and i dont remember them being very big. You should make every attempt at being incredibly good at crushing pills, get a ceramic plate and a glass vial, they work great.

Worst case, just use a 2nd amount of cold water after the first draw through the filter, to disolve anything thats left. In other words use 60-70% of the water you would use the first time, and the rest after you filter to disolve anything thats left without trying to disolve the entire 2 pills at once.



Those pills have lactose , magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose and stearic acid.

lactose wont hurt you unless your lactose intollerant, and disolves in water

magnesium stearate is insoluble in water, a good filter will get it out

microcrystalline cellulose will be a problem if you get in your veins, but isnt soluble at room temp. This particular cellulose is primarily composed of large particles, with less than 10% smaller than 5um.

stearic acid or octadecanoic acid is listed as having a solubility of 0.1-1 g/100 ml at 23 C, meaning at most 10mg per ml at room temp, and this solubility goes down with temperature, so use cold water.

heating these pills may make a gel that will be useless.

So you're basically saying cold water works best because I knew not to cook the pills too long but recently stopped cooking them at all when I did there were no problems with it turning to gel just the fact that I realized when I didn't cook it I got more of a rush. Just using hot water because I remember reading somewhere that opiates were more soluable at high temperatures. And yea they are Mallinckrodt.

Yea most opiates will disolve just as well in cold water in these amounts, your talking about 8mg of something, ANY water will disolve that even nearly freezing (ive tried).

Just use fairly cold water, and this will decrease the amount of crap you get in the syringe, and leave it behind. Dont be afraid to use more water if you have to, ive done that a lot, ive had syringes with the plunger halfway pulled out there so full if you PM me i can probably find where i got my syringes from.

I've only used k4 never m4 so this may not be the best advice, but if they are real small round pills, then probably ok... I've put 4 k4's into a 1cc rig before and had no problem. Never used filters just warm water no cotton no fire. Straw, your teeth, and warm water, chew, dump into back of rig, draw water, shoot. Did it for years and years and years, probably thousands of those fucking pills. But never no not one m4. Still only see k4's to this day but I've given the devil his due with those, and retired.

Shit I get the best syringes intown at K-mart by the 100 box every other month as far as getting diludids (the ones with the M and the 4).And actually I've used a 1/2 cc syringe and a 1 cc syringe and I've shot three at once in my hand,and although I have a high tolerence I got high as a kite but I'm used to doing that amount or was util my dealer moved to Florida but rumor has it he's back.So if he is iI can't wait to start getting those lil suckas I thought bucks a piece was expensive but from what you all say thats a great deal so hopefully I'll run into him soon.I knew he'd come back Northeast when the weather got warmer.YEAH!!!!!
