Stimulant dose equivalency chart

I've never seen one out there really, so I've decided to make one to the best of my ability. I've used info from ADHD sites, both professional and forum oriented ie anecdotal information. I've also used some generally accepted medical facts, like dexmethylphenidate is 2x methylphenidate in potency and dexmethamphetamine is 2x in potency to dextroamphetamine... figures I've seen quoted in a number of places.


I've also used user opinion from drug sites, which is admittedly unreliable.

I think it's only 100% acceptable to compare doses of stims with the same MOA. I do, however, think it's reasonable to also intercompare doses of primarily DA and NE releasers and primarily DNRIs. Stuff like caffeine and nicotine, or even MDMA since it's not a traditional dopamine and norepi stimulant, don't belong on this chart.

Adderall (75% d-amph and 25% l-amph) 7.5 mg

Interesting thread. I don't have much experience with stims but I think you got the MPH and Adderall about right.

Yeah, I don't know about stimulant equivalencies. I'd say it would be tedious to find info for cocaine. I mean, it is sometimes used as a local anesthetic, but it's rare. I'm not sure what the equivalencies would be. But, if I had to choose a stimulant to take, I'd definitely take a line of coke over an Adderall or Ritalin pill anyday.

Me too. Adderall and Ritalin give me zero euphoria and make me a nervous wreck while coke just makes me happy and gives me extra energy with no paranoia/nervousness/anxiety. MPH and Adderall make me think about being stimulated cause i'm shaky/increased heart rate/appetite suppressed. Coke gives me energy but makes me think "Fuck it i feel good". I don't think about the negative side effects with coke

Yeah, I agree. Although, if I do it long enough and do enough of it, coke does make me paranoid too, but not like amp / meth does. I can take one hit of meth and be looking out the windows, hearing voices outside the door, etc. I'd have to do coke all night long or more before that would start to happen.

The other downside about coke is that I get so damned chatty on it. I mean, it's pleasurable to talk for some reason, so I just never shut up. You all think some of my posts are long now, be thankful I'm not writing them on coke. I'd take up all the server space, the server would crash, opiophile would have to shut down for repairs, and it would be known as Narkotikon's Coke-Induced Blackout.

Good chart and good idea. I heave heard that the effect of Methamphetamine is 3.5 times stronger than that of Cocaine, if that helps ...

Does anyone know what a threshold dose for the MILDEST onset of euphoria would be in somebody who's NEVER tried a stimulant before in their life with cocaine? That would be most helpful in figuring out a dosage equivalency for cocaine.

However, my chart is oral dose equivalencies, and cocaine really sucks orally.

There are several reasons why it's hard to place cocaine in this chart even though it has the same MOA pretty much as methylphenidate.

I do think methylphenidate is more potent mg for mg by a pretty big margin than cocaine but quite a bit less fun.

I usually have to do a dose as thick as a pencil and as long as half a pencil because it's never pure.. if it were real pure, I bet I could do bumps and feel it.

if it were pure a line half the size of a pencil would have you in violent seizures within 5 minutes.
