Dilaudid ???

SWIM happened to stumple across some 8mg Dilaudid (brand name) for $7 each across the board, no deals being he has a very limityd supply. SWIM was going to pick some up for a rainy day but never purchased these before, he always traded for them. Is $7 about right? too much?

What up C, they actually have hydromorphone suppositories (Dilaudid for the ass), so I would assume that "browning" them would work just fine. I think that would be a much better way to get the most of the goodness, than swallowing them.

I...like three hours ago now paid 12$ for 3-2mgs. Im happy with that.
Get this though...three days ago I bought two twenties from the same guy and accidentally left one of the twenties there. So on my way home I immediatly called him and he siad he was busy and to call him tomorrow. Yeah it sucked...mostly because he is a VERY irritable dealer and you arent allowed there more than once a day which is understandable in ways. Anyhow he wouldnt answer my calls all the following days until today. So I got there bought the Dillies and was about to ask if he had any other goodies when he gave me the twenty. I couldnt believe it. I didnt mention it only because I was so sure he would say no I didnt find it someone must have taken it. But no without my mentioning he gave it back.

Or I might trade them a friend wants them to IV with, and he will give me a 40mg oxy for each one, sounds fair since I paid 7 dollars, but really want to get the most out of them...chewing? snorting?

yeah know that about oxys, i was wodering if chewing or snorting the dillies would be of use....i have been on a little oxy binge lately, really want to get that feeling off of the dillies.

If you aren't going to IV and you have the opportunity to trade, I would recommend that. I once had to eat 40 mg of dilaudid (10 - 4 mg), long story involving cops, but I had already shot 12 mg, and even after shooting that the other 10 did nothing significant. I got a small buzz but it was a huge waste as far as I was concerned. I would never eat them unless I was going to go to jail otherwise.

Never browned... can't see that doing much more. The dillies are notorious for the rush, which only comes with IV. If you don't IV, don't start now for a handful of dillies. I'd just move on if I were you.

As a non-iv type, I know I'm not getting the absolute most out of dilaudid on the rare occasion that I get any of them.....but honestly I can live with that. I'm in this for quality of life despite severe chronic pain....not for the rush.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not passing judgement on those of you who enjoy a good rush. I get the closest equivalents in my life from marijuana and from any other avenue that I can where it won't risk my health, my life or the happiness of my family, but I don't have any problem with people who make different decisions. Just commenting on things from my perspective.

yeah, i had to eat a good solid 8mg before I really noticed them. the pain control was significant but not as much more effective than hydrocodone + morphine/opium (my usual medications) as I had thought. and I certainly didn't feel high.

Here the Mallinckrodt's-4mg (a generic just as good as name brand)are great and 20-25 USD each and that is a friend price!

And that is a good deal! They went for 25 each in the seventies too! I used to pay 58 cents a gallon of gas then and the price of dilaudid has remained the same. Let's here it for the stability of the black market

Hey yo guys I'm back!!! It's been a few months since I've had access to a PC but I do now so I'll be hanging out again. Shout out to all my old O-Phile homies and whats up to all yous new guys I don't know yet.

Now that that's outta the way on to the dilaudid...I found some K8's on the street for $20 a peice but I have yet to buy them just cuz I'm not sure if it's worth it with my tolerance. With OC's for instance I can get 80's for $20 a peice but because of the fact that I have to chew up at least 4 to catch a decent buzz it's not worth it.

The narcotic dosage converter ( http://www.globalrph.com/narcotic.cgi ) states that 320mg of OC is about the same as 24mg Hydromorph IV so at the price I'm getting that's $60 to catch a decent buzz...is the buzz from dilaudid worth that much even compared to really good tar??? Is the rush or the high from dilaudid any better than h??? I know I'll get 20 answers considering it's all personal preference I'm just trying to get some feedback before I blow money that I need to keep from getting sick...

To me, the rush from Lady Di is much more rewarding than OC, and OC buzz lasts longer... even though you have a high tolerance to OC, you will still be very rewarded by a dillie rush... in fact, i highly recommend that you not try to match your tolerance with one to the other... start small.

I say why not give it a shot, the rush will reward you, and just don't spend all your cash. But here's something important to remember: take the dillie before you get into anything else for the day.. you need to be 'fresh' to appreciate it to the fullest...

One more thing, if you're not a shooter (which I seem to remember you're not) then screw the dillies and go straight to tar or OC... its just not a chem for the non-shooter IMO (unless its long term for chronic pain, which i assume doesn't apply)

Well said HoM, if your not banging the dillies, theres no use in taking them. They provide no rush if taken orally or even nasally. I only got 1 4 mg dillie when I was bangin tar, and I swallowed the dillie with no affects whatsoever.

yeah I dont shoot, so as i stated the dillies did help pain wise, but that is all. The person I traded them to does shoot, and it was his time shooting dillies, he fuckin loved it.

The reason people are suggesting rectal use of meds is cause so many don't want to go down the IV route/road...and because when you take meds orally, you are losing, in some cases like Morphine, as much as 50% of the effectiveness of the tablets because of the body's "first pass" through the liver. The liver filters out a lot of the potential therapeutic value in many meds when you take them PO (by mouth). Taking meds rectally has nearly as fast an onset of action as IV, and nearly as effective in potency as IV, as well.

I was prescibed oral dilaudid and oral demerol for a kidney stone several months ago. I was prescribed somewhere in the range of 80 each (dilaudid were in tablet form, demerol was a capsule).

I couldn't get a buzz off of either one. I have a VERY high tolerence, which probably has a LOT to do with it. I got more of a buzz off my oxy or hydro (which I prefer).

I've heard LOTS of people say that oral forms of both dilaudid and demerol suck. I guess if you crush it up and shoot or snort it (both of which I have never done), it would probably work a LOT better.
