These are used by most Suboxone/Subutex doctors at Intake/Induction to determine if you are in mild to moderate withdrawal. You must be in mild to moderate withdrawal to take your first dose of Suboxone/Subutex. If you are not sure if you should take a dose or Bupe, you can use these to help you determine if you are safe from precipitated withdrawal. Of course the higher your score, the less likely you are to put yourself into withdrawal.
