BUSTED!!!! oh shit..........

As some of you know from SDP that i got busted and illegally searched and drugs were found and seized!!!

Good ass drugs too!!!

Anyway i found 2 lawyers and cant decide yet which one i want and i think the money for said lawyers will be available to me(although it will put me behind on everything and luxuries are gonna be gone for a while) but family will help.

It was 37 bags and i know that it was way over a gram with mandatory minimum sentences i face 2-4 years and i have no prior drug arrests except a pot seed charge and a bowl,but i have had 15 prior arrests and have done 2 years in state prison already for theft of car,bike anything that aint nailed down and forgery f3,f2 mostly only like one felony 1 and that was a criminal attempt burglary which they consider a violent charge here.

so mandatory minimums or not i have a bad record and my bond was high and if i dont get the intent dropped i am fukd!!

good news is that i have at least 5 issues of my rights being violated and some of it was on police video and audio!! i can hear me now on the tape in court " i do not consent to any search of myself or my property" and i have 2 witnesses who both also did not consent to searches and were not searched, but they had no criminal records, and right after they ran our names he demanded me out the car no warrants no nothing i know i was only searched and singled out cuz i have a criminal history!!!

I know it and i just got off paper like 3 weeks prior to this (yeah aint that a bitch?) and both lawyers say i have good chances of getting it dropped from a bad search but he says even if not ,with the truth and my medical history i have a good chance of getting the intent dropped and staying out of jail cuz they may get stuck paying for dialysis or expensive meds as my kidneys are starting to go.

Plus chronic pain conditions and all the medication i am on that they have to give me minus the morphine is not justifiable to do that cuz the state will pay like triple for me and i am getting a good lawyer money talks!!!

as long as i dont get that charge i am cool!!! really though the way they found it too, all together except what i was about to do (8 bags ) with my needle and cooker thing was found seperate,which also makes it look good,but i used 8-10 bags 3 times daily and i was found with enough for the day and one dose in the next morning.

FUK DA PO_LICE!!!!

anywho it is wonderful too be back and see all of you here,right on!!! i had a great 4/20 @4:20pm i hope everyone else did!!!

oh so the purpose of my thread DAAAAAAA if anyone from pittsburgh or anywhere for that matter can chime in on how much bullshit it is for me or any chronic pain patient opiate tolerant to have to resort to this bullshit in the first place which aint enjoyable for me,goin to the hood and scoring who knows what cut with who knows what.so poor people under medicated can live there lives!!

but if the DEA would leave the doctors alone and people would quit giving prescription opiate medication a bad rap docs wouldnt be so scared out of there minds to script large doses!!!


As a chronic pain patient that is cruel and unusual punishment ( actually it is becoming usual punishment)to put me/anyone in jail for 2-4 years mandatory when i was not caught up in a sale plus more reasons to list....

so my doc wont give me the increase i need/want so i run out early for like 1 and a half weeks,so i buy heroin,oxys,mscontin what ever will ease the pain off the street. and i was caught with 37 bags which really was that day and the next mornings doses.does anyone also know how much 37 bags would weigh from the east side of the burgh or any where i guess???

damn that sux. at least it sounds like you have a good chance of things working out for the better. but if its found out that the search was done illegally, the police department should have to pay your lawyer bills. ANY time youre not convicted of something, i think you shouldnt have to pay shit cause it proves that you were innocent and they had no right to make you have to buy a lawyer in the first place. thats just my opinion on it, but i dont think too many of yall will disagree with me on this one.

OH MY GOD AND GODDESS!!! YOUR RIGHT !!! I LEFT THE BEST PART OUT, YOUR RIGHT!

So after the cops handcuff me and i am in the cop car already he told the girl to go and she called my girl to tell her i was goin to the pokey and meanwhile her boyfriend was screaming in her ear to go get da fuk outta here call later and she didnt realize her car was in reverse and we were a good 10feet from the cop car AND it was down hill she nailed the gas and smashed the cop into his pushbars hard!!!

i even smacked my face off the bars which is where my previous injury and titanium plates are along with the trigeminal nerve which is giving me pain,that is how hard she hit us. so the cops legs were broken in two places each leg right above the ankle and below the knee BOTH LEGS!! I hope he got ibupro 800mgs 2x daily,but you know the cop is getting OC80s...............................

Anyone got an idea on how much 37 pittsburgh bags would weigh?? approx??

he was fukd up ouch but i actually aggravated my condtion and suffered like double pain and i spent 2 days in jail!!

Send the cop a sincere sympathy card and tel him that you hope he gets well soon. Besides just being a nice thing to do it may help your case. If he is still in the hospital visit him and take him some magazines or something. That way he won't be looking to get back at you.

my suit case will be full!! but....i am confident i will be cool money talks and i got a good lawyer and it was a bad search though so i am not giving up!!!!

A good lawyer should get you off. I had a Public Pretender get me off an illegal search (all I had was a dirty spoon and a rig, which itself isn't a crime in that state,) took about 15 minutes.

Lawyer just said "They can't do that," Judge said "You're right" and I was out of there.

you were caught w/ 37 bags, so a rough estimate is let's say ten bags is an approximate gram, so you had almost 4 grams, maybe 3 and a half or something like that

plus u had mentioned u had a prior record...
