Is 25 $ good for an 8 mg dilauded? whats the most you would pay for one?

Does anyone know if hydromorphone will show up on a regular opiate piss test?
I know they don't test for it but I've heard it may cause i false positive for Morphine...

Does anyone have FIRST HAND experience with drug testing and hydromorphone?

And are they worth buying if SWIM won't be IVing them? THANKS:o

1) yes dilaudid will show up on a drug screen
2) Its kind of high, but I have paid almost that much in a pinch.
3) If you have the money, dilaudid feels really good, but if you're not shooting it, you'd probably be happier with something else.

I've failed piss test back in Louisiana, for K4 dilaudids. And like youwonhundred said, unless u IV'em, they don't do much, IMO...I sure did chase them bitches around, tho, back when they were all over the south, and I sure lik'em better'n this crappy-ass tar they call heroin down here...I don't guess hydromorphone breaks down into morphine, but it's damn sure on the UA's cuz they got me getting on a boat once, to go to work, so I'm sure some chemist knows the deal on here. Seems like most of these sythetic opiates, that have been around a while, show up on UA's. Best not to risk it.

Thanks Duck. Like you, I only know from painful personal experience. The chem part isn't really my thing either, but I am quite sure there are plenty of folks on here who could break it all down in way too much detail. Oh, for the record, I'd prefer a K4 over most tar any day of the fuckin' week.

I've paid exactly that price for them. The 8mg diamond-shaped white pills. No, it's not a good price at all, but I do love my dillies. Consider that I do 3 of those suckers in one shot--that's $75 in my vein in one blast. A lot of money for 5 minutes of fun. Would I do it again? Fuck yes.

If you can get off on heroin without shooting it, more power to you. When it comes to oxy I honestly think eating it gives you more for your money than shooting it. But dilaudid is special. For whatever reason, the fun-level just explodes exponentially when you boot that stuff, and any other ROA is shallow in comparison.

With the test it depends on what form of test they are doing, if it is a stick test that is I believe what they call an immunoassay, this will only pick up certain molecules in theory but they will also trigger sometimes on similar related compounds (the amphetamine one for example will false positive for over 300 different drugs). So the immunoassy could easily pick up the -codone and -mophone derivatives but may not try it an you are playing a lottery.

The other form of test they do is the GC/MS and HPLC, this can either be the cheap one where they do the test on your sample and compare it to a fixed group of molecules to test for to determine if they are present, these tests are specific enough they will not pick up those if they are looking for the morphine metabolite, however some labs these days will automatically check against a subset of known drugs in general, these will pick up any drug generally.

So really it all depends what test they are doing and what exactly they are looking for.

Never personally had the 8mg ones, but I get the 2mg ones all the time. They are cheap as fuck where Im at, depending on the guys mood, they are 1-2 dollars a pill. I dont shoot anymore but about 3 of those badboys crushed up and I am a floating.
