I cant get a straight answer on this but why would this sleep aid cause an increase in sex drive? Doc cant even explain it. Any clues??

Maybe because it relaxes you and therefor making 'that area' more relaxed and sensitive?????

I don't know, that's just a guess lol.

I don't recal it ever making me horny.. but, everyone is different.

all the shit i saw on benadryl is that is is supposed to decrease libido.

FOREVER i have considered benedryl a cure for almost anything that ails ya...other than, well ya know, sighhhh ...lol

I remember as a child when it was prescription only I broke out in hives two times...both times only conncection was peanut m and m's ....never happened again but my then 'mother' gave me my then 'dads' prescribed benedryl to help...
i am never without benedryl...hell all my children come and ask for it by name every night to go to sleep.....lol...lil druggies they are already becoming...i take it for everything...just well, becuase...allergies, itching, if you look at the active ingredients of tylenol pm all it is is a benedryl and a tylenol...
the increased libido thing is very interesting...i take at least 100 mgs at a time, just cuz in my mind more is better...lol....but hmmmm, definately somthing ill be looking up for ya with the libido...god i forgot what sex is....if its as simple as whats in my benedryl bottle , well my life may just be getting better that much sooner ;)
you need to get back in touch with me...have you not gotten replies to the emails youve sent or my texts????? cuz ive sent'em....ive been missing everyong ive talked to....ill be doing the benedryl research very soon...i love the shit....when in hospital i ALWAYS request it and my dr happily oblidges ....you ought to try having it iv...OMG...burns and feels great...then sleepfull bliss....i know, im a sicko...at least i admit it...lol

The other day I broke one of the capsule-type benadryls trying to pop it out of its little blister pack thingie. Made my tongue go all numb when the powdery goodness inside spilled out in my mouth. The spot stayed numb for several minutes afterwards. I was intrigued by this discovery...
