Today i went the doctor and got my first injection of morphie.I have a fracture behind my ear to the back of my neck,but anywayz its been like 2 hours and it still burns is this normal?And i thought it was strongest right after i got it but im starting to get more fucked up now thats its been like an hour and a half,is this normal?

I'm guessing it was IM and not IV ?

(intra-muscular and not intra-venous)

That's what it sounds like anyway, and would go along with what you're describing. I'm 99.99999999% positive they didn't put it in your vein in other words, they put it in your muscle and it takes a while to absorb that way.

yep they did it on my ass lol inter muscalar,i knew it would take a little while but not 2 hours.I just didnt think it would burn for so long.;)Its pretty good though but i still think my doc is still oxy.Dose oxy have that burn when you inject it?(I M)which im sure I V ing it would be better right?

After 2 hours it really should not still be "burning", sore is normal but "burnin" no. Did it burn badly when injected and did you feel any type of electrcity feeling or shock like sensation ?

I think its just sore ive never had a shot like that on my ass and its the next day and its still sore lol.Thanks for helping me out guys i thought they messed up or something.;)
