I saw a thread earlier for someone looking for movies about opiates. Has anyone seen Pure? This is a great movie based in london about a little boy who has to watch his mother go through the ups and downs of being a junkie. mm i was going to see Clean a few weeks ago, it was part of the local film festival, but when i read the description, i bailed. i'd only been clean for 3 weeks, and the thought of watching a feature length movie about heroin... wayyy too traumatic. one day...

I just watched "Drugstore Cowboy" pretty cool movie,
but I like the first half better than the last half.

I got a copy of this movie a little while again, just watched it recently. I really enjoyed it - very realistic, and my heart just goes out to the boy.
