Finally- a good Mscontin high and less pain

Today is my second day on Ms contin (30mgs). Yesterday i wasn't liking it to much because i wasn't getting that beautiful high.

So this morning i tried it a different way. I took 3 (30mg) Mscontins, crushed them and put them in some chocolate frosting (As not to taste the bitterness) and ate it up and than about 2 hours alter i just chewed 2 and swallowed and now i have a real good high. I probably won't get a good high everytime i take it, i hear Morphine isn't the best thing to use for getting high, HOWEVER, i can honestly say it is helping with my severe pain, finally, not only am i high off of it but my chronic pain seems to be less today... I mean i'm still in pain, i always will be, nothing can totally get rid of this type of pain but i can handle it with the MsContin. It's actually working on my pain.

The last 5 years docs have been throwing Vicodin HP (yuck) on me, Percocet and Tramadol and countless muscle relaxers nothing helped the pain, yea i got high but i was still in pain. And finally with a second visit to me new pain doc i get something that actually helps. This is great!

I don't think they will last till my next appointment though lol. I'm supposed to be taking 2 a day and it looks like I'll be taking 5 a day. But, i have other stuff i can use, like my beloved Tramadols. I don't think i am disaplined enough to not take the 5 a day lol.

This high really feels different than a percocet high. I can't explain it but it's different. It's the same feeling i have after leaving the hospital and being on Morphine for a Spondylitis flair up. So on that note, and since i am feeing good pain-wise i think I'll do some cleaning and some cage cleaning.

Just thought I'd share. I promise not all my posts will be this long. Oppies make me talkative lol.

yeah the morphine high will definatley be different than a percocet high, percocet contains APAP and Oxycodone (Oxycodone is great) but morphine is just morphine the highs are different there are two derivatives from morphine one being oxycodone, the other being hydromorphone... morphine makes me feel a little bit wierd i like oxy or roxi's much more... but everyone has there own opinion and personal preference, good to know it's helping your pain... I hope everything is working out and stay pain free... have a good one...

I agree everyone has their own opinion, here's mine.


Keep the morphine !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it's my favorite opiate. It lasts for a very long time and it keeps you at a level that you can function and go to work and get shit done but still feel fucking great.

I'm not going to recommend booting them (IV) but, you could defeat the time release on those first so that the high hits you all at once. Insane Ike has a thread all about it, a few threads actually. He's sort of the time release god around here.

Here's a couple threads to get you started. You're not looking to IV them, but it's the same idea. Defeat the time release. Mix it with whatever your favorite hard liquor is (in my opinion) and do a shot glass of it, chase it with some mtn dew or coke or whatever. The alcohol masks the bitter opiate taste, and potentiates as well. If you have any benzo's around, those will put you in the fun zone too.

Yeap, Oxycodone is derived from Thebaine, not morphine, OpiGuru.
Hydromorphone is derived from morphine though.

I personally find morphine next to worthless in both recreational and analgesic effects. I much prefer oxy!!! Morphine is worthless to me unless I got a whole bottle(every day or two mind you)! Like I would need a good 250mg morph for any worthwhile n really noticable effects... and even then its crap recreationally. I find morphine more so sedating than euphoric. In HIGH doses it's OK though. Just doesn't compare to oxy to me. and eep in mind I find oxy to be one the weaker opioids. Mophine is somewhat stronger to me though,IN VERY HGH DOSES, just not for fun or recreation(getting high).

UI've said it a billion times, Morphine sucks IMO. but remember everyone reacts differently to chemicals! Everyones body is diff. Some find oxy to be worthless and some find morphine worthless while some think both are garbage. i'm on the people who find morphgine next tow orthless, the only thing it's good for is WDs and even then it takes unholy amounts to keep well(a whole script of 60-90 will be gone in like 4days. just keeping from being sick, and my tolerance isn't really high(90mg Roxi with 15mg 'done blisters me).

That my persoal opinion on morph. I would take even percs over msC... Kadis are OK, MSIR 30s are decent for keeping well, but msC is the msot worthless pill ever invented to me!

Yea everyone is different. I actually get a stimulant effect from Morphine, at least i do with the first dose of the day. The second dose can go either way- alert or sleepy. Sadly i only have enough pills for a few more highs. I'm saving 4 to take as prescribed so i can hold off w/d for a few more days lol. I'll be all outta everything in a few days *pouts*, but around the third i can get some trammies. The time between my last Ms contins and getting thsoe trammies will not be fun god damn it lol. Not looking forward to it and I'm broke so i can't even get poppies to make PST. Although after taking MS contin i doubt I'd feel much from PST. It's a hit or miss with that stuff. Sometimes i get the most frickin' awesome high from PST and other times i don't feel shit. I always use the same brand and same preperation method to but i guess it all depends on how each bottle of seeds was washed before packaged.

A month or so ago i was out of pills and i got some poppies to make some PST and i was so bumbed because the last time i made it prior to that day it sucked and i just new the batch i was making was gonna be pointless but i had to give it a try because i was hurtin'. So i make it and i start drinking it and I'm almost at the point of tears because i knew it wasn't gonna work.

OMG i wasn't even finished with my first cup when i felt it! That warmth, that blanket of heaven creeping over me. And than before i finished my second cup i was so god damn frickin high. All i could keep saying was "Thank you Thank you thank you to the powers that be, the opiate gods for letting this work" LOL. I didn't even finish the whole batch and had some for the morning which got me just as high. That was a beautiful weekend because that one batch held me till Monday when i got my Tramadol Rx.

But the fallowing weekend i made some tea and was so excited because the time before, the weekend before it had worked so damn well. So i make the tea and NOTHING, all i felt was sleepy. I was so pissed. Thankfully that weekend i had a back up bottle of Tramadol at another pharmacy and the pharmacist never noticed it was way to early for a refill. But, Tramadol isn't as quarded as say Vics/perc. When that Pharmacist said "Ok, I'll have it ready in 10 minutes" i almost fainted because normally i get "uhhh, it's actually a bit to early to fill this even if you pay cash". Just depends on the pharmacist. I've had Pharmacist let me fill my Tramadol refill just 4 days after i got the original prescription ROTFL. But that pharmacist was down i think ya know. I think he was dipping into shit. He was so god damn cool. He always let me get my Tramadol refills when ever i want but sadly he moved out of state. He even gave me a refill of Hycodan cough syrup once before the Doctor ever called in his approval for it. The Pharmacist was like "Hey, the doc is gonna take forever to call back on this, I'll just give ya some, come on down here" So i get there thinking he's gonna give me like 60 onces of the Hycodan cough syrup, but when i saw that pharmacy bag bulging with a bottle i was like wtf, that can't be a full bottle Sure enough, it was all 240 mls, i almost pissed in my pants from pure excitement. The pharmacist was like "Shhhhh". He actually called me back a few hours later and said the Doctor had called and only approved 60 mls. And the pharmacist was laughing when he said it. And he had given me 240 mls without the docs approval. He only ever did that once for me. Damn i miss him. I think he actually had a little crush on me. He was an old timer.

I think he's one of those pharmacist who think docs sucked because he was always complaining about doctors and the refill process and docs in general. He told me back in the day that he'd just ask a patient "Have you been to a doc in the last 6 months?" and if they said yes he'd just approve it himself but he told me times are different and one can't do that anymore.

Damn he rocked. I was so hurtin' that day he gave me that 240 mls of Hycodan. I'll never forget him for that. That was back in the day when my tolerance was lower and Hycodan got me off. Now it doesn't really do anything for me. I sometimes get refills on it when i'm in w/d, it does help with w/d.

Omg, i am totally rambling, my morning dose is kicking in and it made me all talkative ROTFL. Please forgive me.

Life is so good with the morning dose, there's just nothing like the morning dose.

So are you taking about poppy or poppy seed tea. I got kinda confused by your post. The poppy pod tea should have been pretty much the same if you got the same poppies / same vendor, but poppy seeds never have done a thing for me.

I'm talking about Poppy Seed Tea. Yea, i know the tea should have been the same. I probably did something different in prepairing it the 2 times. Although i thought i did everything the same, but even one small thing can change the outcome of poppy see tea. I've been drinking/making it for a while now and everytime it's different. I'm sure i goofed when i made it that second time, who knows. I've been making it the same way for a while now so i don't know what happened.
