CWE "Pink" Brand Name Lortabs

When using the "cold water extraction" technique on brand name 10 mg Lortabs (pink in color), the resultant yield is pink in color. The filter contains a pink slurry (acetaminophen crystals?).

Should I refilter the yield to remove the pink color of the liquid or is this okay?

Ahhhh, Yes. the ol' pink 10/500's. Used to be hopelessly hooked on them. 10 at a time, four times a day, chased with chocolate milk. Needless to say, I spent a lot of time doing this... :vomit:

Don't worry about the pink color, it's just a pharmaceutical die, harmless in the doses your consuming. All the acetaminophen should sink to the bottom. If a small amount of the acetaminophen is carried over it's not a real big deal, your just trying to get the majority of it out, as well as concentrate it so you can get a stronger high that hits harder and faster.
