So does snorting Adderall Xr's Work or Not? HELP!!

I have been searching for hours this forums, google and other places and can not find a straight answer if I take all the beads from the 20XR crush and snort will it = 20IR? I tried this one time and I always always under the influance so I couldn't really tell...someone please read this all and clear things up for me, because if they are the same what is the best way to crush the beads to make them = IR form? This followings what confuses me:

SO I am confused because I love snorting adderall IR (I love the sweet drip and the lil rushy stimulating feeling you get) just dunno about this XR, that I don't have many to mess aroudn witih....SOOO basicly I need someone to fill me in on whats up....what is the conclusion of this what seems to be unanswered questions??? fuck, I have adderall 15mg ir and it doesn't seem to do shit if i snort it. Like I have snorted up to like 3 of them, and I didn't get shit from it. Where as when I eat 2 of them.... 3 of them if i have been taking them regularly I get a nice little buzz from them. I dunno what gives lol

I know someone who crushes these and snorts them all the time. They swear it works . if the fact that my house was immaculte when I got home from the hospital is any indication of how they work..I believe her.
