Well, all the worrying since my PCP dropped me on the 14th of May was for nothing.
Yesterday I was able to get refills on 'done and dilaudid, thank God.........:cloud9::cloud9::speechles

Glad to hear that for ya Heidi, HM is a bitch to stop taking CT, glad you didn't have too.

I was more sucessfull this month myself in bringing myself slowly off them, last month around the 15th I wanted to die, this month with the help of a little Done' and a bit of self control I'm W/D free and partially content (even when i'm fully narco free). Though I still haven't made two days w/o anything, I haven't needed what I normally did, and its not so horrible feeling knowing a kick is coming.

My old pain doc in New Jersey gave me scripts for methadone and dilaudid for 5 YEARS untill he moved his practice---------new doc just gives me 15mg roxies.........its killing me......seems I cant find another in NEW JERSEY oh dear lord high above help me find one in NEW JERSEY....:musik010:

You just gotta tell him, that these roxies aren't working, and your old doc gave you dillies and they worked great. And strongly imply--without coming across as a threat--that you'll be taking your business elsewhere unless he gives you what works.

There's nothing wrong with that. A good doctor will prescribe the pill that's known to work. It's understandable to try something new, in hopes that it works even better, but then if it fails you should go back to what works. This is good medical practice, and doctors know it.

Oh but one last thing, don't call them "dillies" in front of your doc. ;-)

Congrats my jealousy rains upon me, what are you scripted these heavenly entities for if you don't mind me asking? I think you might have mentioned it before but it has slipped my mind.

She prob hasn't posted because well umm, she has a ton of done and hydromorph, I'd prob be secluded and high off my gorge if I was in the scenario too.

Hey man. Heidi is no longer a member and she won't likely be back for quite some time if ever. You must have been away from the board when this was covered. The mods and admins seem to want to leave this issue alone which I understand.
