Your 'emergency stash'

One time I dropped four 30mg MSIR's in my car and it went into the center console. I'll have to take the center console apart to get them (I can see them, they are fine, just can't reach them). I'm saving that as my 'emergency stash' as it will be an effort to get them.

Anyone else hide a few pills somewhere for emergencies? Have you ever totally forgotten about them, and then many months later come across them? (I have, once).

but last night i was sick as a dog waiting for my dope girl
who was going to be another 45 minutes
and i got bbq sauce all over the outside of my purse
so i dumped my purse on the ground so i could wash it

I had 25 30mg IR MS, 30 50mg Demerol, 100 0.2mg Temgesic and 10 Mepergan fortis (which have 50mg demerol in them) this was my backup stash until 2 days ago. Now I'm down to 10 demerol and the Temgesic so hopefully tomorrow looks better... I hope so, I've had most of that for a while, mostly just because I had something better so it was pushed to the side, glad it was there though...

I try to keep a good half script of 'done(30-45 Methadone 10mg) and a couple Roxi 30s hid baack. Plus I save up all my used fent patches so in hard time I soak them all in ethanol/water - 70/30 mix, strain, evap, and smoke. Which comes out to about a whole patch with 10 used patches(swim smokes all but 1 of his patches every month btw). Also theres the mannny scripts of Lortab in the fridge from my old scripts that I'm never gonna use if it came down to that... along with a bottle or two of Codiclear. Theres also so many Trams, T4/3, GABApentins, Lyrica, Soma, ect. if things get that rough.
Also got a buttload of pods for a 'rough times' stash.

But far as stuff that actually helps goes('done, roxi, fent) it's very hard to keep an emergency stash of those...

I can't keep an emergency stash. I buy enough to last me a week and then buy again. I'm ok at holding my stash a week, it's just that if I have it around it'll get used sooner rather than later. I have enough trouble affording my habit now. Maybe it's different for those of you that have scripts. Maybe I could hold onto a bottle of percocet........... I'd probably just want to use it on top of my daily dose tho.

it is so completely unfair..that if you have 40 pills in one day...they will be gone or almost gone by tomorrow...as opposed to, having 10 pills a day for four dayd...when that lasts ya 4 days..I have to completely agree with ya. me and hubby have to score on a regular basis because it is the same ordeal with us. its like putting an icecream cone in a childs face and telling them they cant eat it..or holding a milkbone up to a puppy and then eating it yourself ( i know it would nasty for us to eat, im just using it as an example). I wish that i could do like i used to and have 10 pils and make em last a week. I was sooo good at it..now its hard for me to save a pill at night for in the morning. If i have 8 pills at night..ill keep takin more and more..while im telling myself, 2 is enough to make me well ion the morning before work. wow..old times were better.:mad:

Hey Ike--I may try that with my empty fent patches one of these months.

But what I started doing this month after all 15 patches were smoked, was I kept the empties, and when I feel the wds coming on, I have been taking two of them and after pulling them apart (the sticky side from the side with the writing on it), I put them in my mouth and let them sit there on my tongue, under my tongue, in my cheek, etc, then chew on them a little fro about 20 minutes. Man, it was a very nice, sociable, somewhat euphoric high that lasts quite a while, like 60-90 minutes, and there is like no come down at all. Very enjoyable.

Next month, if I can have some will power, I will try smoking one patch on one day and chew on the second patch the second day and so on and so for the full 30 days--this may be my only chance of actually not running thorugh all 15 in the first 2 weeks of the month.

Luckily my dealer'd turn on his phone at 6.30 each morning. I'd keep hitting redial til it connected.

Thats my problem... If i save just a couple for the morning, im like fuck it... 2 wont get me high anyway so I just eat them. No doubt I regret it in the morning..
I wake up and the first thing I think of is how am I gonna score today.. Ohh its a terrible thing..

The only downside to scoring everyday vs picking up some quantity is getting a better deal. But it never works for me.. Chomp chomp.. all gone...

i've only ever had an "emergency stash" twice. and both times it was by accident.

one time i found 8 percs i had put away when something better came around, then forgot about. it was a happy day.

then another time, i was cleaning out some dresser drawers while trying to get packed up for a move. i found a buncha old used rigs i had hidden until i could get rid of them. to my immense surprise, one of them had about 75units of not-so-clear liquid in it. now i NEVER leave pre-loads laying around, but apparently i musta been fucked up. i sure as shit wasn't gonna shoot it, but i couldn't waste it either, right? so i plugged it. i'm pretty sure it was dilaudid.... yayyy whatta nice find!

If I ever hid anything Id forget about it or be too doped up to remember. But sometimes, like I know when I move, Ill have a nice little suprise(or two) turn up

Don't laugh but I only have 10 mg dexedrine, 7 mg of methadone, two Zybans and some aging psuedoephedrine tabs.

I also keep a few spare Zyprexa's around because out of everything, running out of that scares me the most.

The trick is to get really loaded (but not too much), then hide it.

I did this with H once and was sooo psyched when I remembered it.

Nowadays tho its more likely to be pills: Methadone, Xanax, Suboxone, etc.

I've managed to stash benzos before, I think it's when I'm really mashed up I put a few somewhere I know I never look and forget about them or just stash them somewhere funny. Damn that makes me wanna tear my room apart. It wouldn't ever happen with other drugs. Never.

Going with a few others here when i say that if i know doc or any such think resembling any recreational use, it better run fast cuz its as gone when its in this house...hubby tries to hide it from me, wrapped in napkins in various spots in the house...if i knw its here, ill tear the house apart looking for it...sometimes he will sleep with med. bottle inside his pillow case...somehow ive managed to find most the hiding locations...he tries to help me by doing this and i feel ashamed when i do find and of course eattem all up.....then have to tell him like a child that disobeyed what I had done...:o
I get pretty resentful of his so called 'help'....sighhhh, im sorry whether good intention or not, anyone that comes between me and doc are immediate enemies...im sure my entire neighborhood block has heard me yelling at him about this behaviour of his with my doc.....:mad::mad: while i know its only to help me, it doesnt matter,!! if i know those babies are in this house somewhere there is no peace to be found till foc is FOUND and consumed..lol...thennnnn the loving caring individual is back :) hate to take it out of peeps we love or that love us but mine hiding doc makes for a really bad bad bad day for me (us) !

i have the largest stash in the world. i keep it scattered at the thousands of drugstores located throughout the world, and i have controls in place to make sure i can't use it all (smart! ;)).

The only emergency stash i had was when i was checking into a rehab hospital in the aftenoon, so i paid a visit to the dealer in the morning, got 5gm of Herion rocks, head back home where i hid them in my room, only to have them welcome me back after 2 weeks of rehab.

me too, the doctor, after i relapsed, never believed me when i told him i had the stash at home, went through wd and didnt use.
he said no IV user can do that !!!!!

My emergency stash is about 15 Suboxone 8's, and lots Valium.

While in my case I get a fresh script each month (and hence there shouldn't be any "emergencies"), the part that worries me more than the WDs is the physical pain I'll be in if I run out of meds early.

Needless to say, it's been a long time since I've ran out early.

In my case, there's no screws at all. It's all clips. I'll have to take maybe 3 or 4 plastic pieces off, then pull the carpeting back far enough to reach down. It's not hard at all, but it does require some effort, and I am *extremely* lazy. So I"ll only be getting them out of there if I *really* need them. Which hopefully won't be for a very long time.....from past experiences, I don't even start getting any withdrawal symptoms at all until 24-36 hours after my last dose.

I have a friend who keeps a few random pills at the bottom of a giant jar of spare change. So that if he wants to get his stash it would take him a good while to find. I thought that was a pretty good idea. Also one time I hid a bunch of oc80's and dope (like $750 worth combined) in my bedroom when I was really drunk and stoned and I thouight I left them at this broad's house. I repeatedly accused her o stealing them and she denied it. One month later I was taking out old clothes to give to the homeless when I found the container hidden between two shirts. Needless to say I was very happy to find it.
