Polling?

I've read the FAQ and looked around to try to figure out how to do this. In the FAQ it says there should be a checkbox for creating a poll, yet when I pull up the "start a new thread" window there is no checkbox for it. I'm sorry if I missed something obvious. I didn't want to create a thread without the poll in it, so is it in the following screen after I click "create new thread"?

It's the very last option, it says "yes post a poll with this thread" and you have to checkmark it.

Confusing part is you don't get to create the poll until after you hit submit, it will take you to the second page with the options for making your poll. Hope this helps.

I tried that too when I was new here with no luck... You gotta have a certain amount of posts or time at the forum to get permission to post polls. Im sure its somewhere in the forum rules.
