Hi guys, just a little thing that works for me, thought it may be intresting to some if you.
I recently have been atending a substance abuse centre that uses holistic therapes to help users with withdrawls, cravings and reducing the amount of drugs we use.
You probaly all know that acupuncture releases endorphines, nothing major but still a little. Anyhow, i went to the clinic, and the therapist put 6 needles in each ear, then we relax and she guides use thru some visualization techniques to help us relax. I did feel a little calmer and at ease, but nothing major.

Anyhow since i had to travel about 50 miles on bus to get the therapy, and can't travel everyday, she put a little magnetic ball, tiny thing really, on a pressure point on each ear, it has a little plaster type thing to keep it stuck down. She said i can squeze them to apply pressure, whenever i feel anxious or whatever.

When i squeeze it, it does make you noticably calmer. Anyhow, later that evening i was at home, and i dosed up with my usual dose or pods, grinded up and mixed with GF juice and drank.
After a few hours it was time for bed, and the effect from the pods was gradually wearing off, so i got into bed, and squeezed the plaster on my ear's pressure point for a few minutes.

Sure enough, the opiate effects from the pods start to come back, and got stronger, i got a lovely warm glow over my body, which i usally only feel when i do alot more than my usual dose, and the dose of pods i took earlier was not much.

I usually never get the nod anymore, due to using opiates a long time, but after squeezing the pressure points, i was surely getting the nod, and quite a nice euphoria, nothing mind blowing, but very noticable and very pleasurabe. It was just as if i had redosed a considerable amount more opiates.

I tested this technique out a few times, just to make sure what i was experiencing was not placebo, or just the effect of the opiates on their own. The accupunture for sure does increase my high.

Another effect i experience from acupuncture is intresting, this is when i'm having it done, and i have not used opiates that day, or taken any other drug

It is that my legs start to feel warm, and the muscles start to feel tense and hot. This feeling is exactly what i experience when i use pods or other opiates, its very much related to opiates to me, no other drug makes my legs feel like this. So i guess this is some sort of proof that acupuncture is activating my opiate receptors and releasing endorphin.
Hope someone finds this interesting, or has any experiences of this. Thanks
