NEED A QUICK ANSWER GUYS...please help

Well first off....im pissed im down to my last 6 80's (OC)...and i just lost two....fuck.


I hope i find it it was in my wifes purse i just called her and its not there so.....fuck.

OK MY QUESTION is to MORPHINE Takers. I can usually eat 3 80's and barely catch a good buzz...HOW MUCH MORPHINE would i need.

I know its different for everyone but i just want some input. I usually can eat 280 mgs of oxycontin to get high.
I was thinking of having 450 mgs of Morphine to match that.
I have 30mg MSCONTINS...
and i just ate 5 30mg Immediate release ones.


Do you think 450 will do the trick...
for someone with a tolerance as bad as mine.

depending on how you handle morphine, probably in the 350 to 400 mg range.

But that's what I'd do if I had your tolerance and I was in your situation.


You can always take more, but you can't it back once you're in too deep.

i hear ya brother bron.... well i might as well consider it an opio experiment

i took 150 mg of MSCONTIN extract..(ike style)
and 10 minutes later i took another 150mg mscontin
so that was around 6:00
its 6:25 now so im gonna take another 90mg's MSCONTIN
for a total of 390mg of morphine.

ill report back around 7:25 to let yall now how its hitting me.

As i said i usually take 3 80's and feel alright (240mg oxycontin)
Lets see if 390mgs of Morph will match up to it.

this info might be helpfull to someone with a monster Oxy habit that is trying to make a switch to morph.

It takes me at least 180 MG of Oxy to feel it. I usually do 2 to 3 80's to start to feel it. I do 500 MG of Morph to keep from getting sick. I think you will need at least 600 MG of morph.

Odd as it may seem, I did not get sick at all. The 5 Morphines got
me thru 2 days of being without Oxy. No sickness at all. I attributed
it to simply the drug being in my system. I held off as long as I could
before dosing the other 2 (one at a time). I am not sure if this helps you
at all but I wanted to at least post something since I went thru a similar
experience.

I recently got my ass kicked with WDs for the first time and wound up in the ER.
I really really hope you don't have to deal with WDs.

With me, when I am down to my last few pills, I wait until I feel the first symptoms of WDs and
then dose. I know everyones anatomy is different but I would S T R E T C H it out bro. Best of luck!

And i do have a plan to keep the gorilla away...i need to try harder.


My FOLLOW UP info about the morphine experiment here is that its 7:50 so i took over an hour ago and im not BLASTED like i would be with oxy...im gonna go ahead and have fun tonight but by tommorow i have to straighten up a little bit and RATION.

I think you could go as high as 600 mg of morphine, if you wanted to be conservative about it, keep it at 500 mg.

cause i have Generic OC's and the Morph i get is MSCONTIN so u know the deal wit that.
If i get ABG's or RoxI's you better believe ill Sniff em.

You know, today I feel pretty good naturally, which is blessing in my case. Usually I have to do umpteen shots of dope to feel half-assed 'normal' and that just doesn't happen too often for me. I think attitude has
alot to do with it. I just told myself, fuck this shit, time to quit pissing and moanin' like a little bitch about everything. I'll be damned if it isn't working, so far.(knock on wood)

In a situation like the one you were in earlier when you don't have enough and need to get the max out of what you have, don't forget potentiators and alternate routes of administration. I understand if you want to avoid the needle, but you can get more out of less morphine just by plugging it.

The 'classic' conversion ratio between oral morphine and oral oxycodone is 3:2. So, 30mg of morphine is equivalent to 20mg of oxycodone. Using this ratio, 280mg of oxycodone would be the equivalent of 420mg of morphine.

That said, however, that conversion ratio is for analgesia, not euphoria. The general consensus amongst opioid users is that the ratio is actually closer to 2:1, meaning you need twice as much oral morphine to get as high as with a certain amount of oxycodone. Of course, people vary greatly, so YMMV. Best to keep it safe and a bit lower than what you think, as you can always take more, but can't "un-take" what's already in you, except with Narcan, and that ain't pretty :)
