Limited medicine to w/d where I live, have a look?

unfortunately we don't have access to the right medicines here and many people try w/d with very limited medicine.

Lately Iwas given; Tramadol HCI 100 mg, Remeron, xanax, Imovane ( zopiklon) ,metoklopramid HCI and Lomotil :confused:plus I have rivotril ativan and novalgine,advil and atrophin sulphate in my stock.

What do you think of this medication...? shall I just use the medicine I was given or shall I use some of my medicine on top as well as the prescription I d given?

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance..:)

Tramodol will hope provided your tolerance isn't too high. It's a partial-agonist, like Bupe, but not nearly as potent. Plus, tram can cause serotonin syndrome in high doses because it also affects serotonin. The Remeron I believe is an anti-psychotic. It should help with sleep, but I hate that class of meds. They make me feel like a zombie. Not sure what Imovane, or the metoklopramide is. Lomotil will help too. It's actually a schedule V drug (diphenoxylate and atropine). The Diphen is actually an opiate, but the atropine prevents it from being abused. Xanax will DEFINATELY help, especially with leg cramps, sleep, and anxiety.

DAMN, looking back, why are you complaining? A lot of us would KILL for those with in w/d. All I ever got was clonidine (blood pressure med) and phenergan (and sometimes not even that, I got Reglin a few times, which I hate because it gives me a metalic taste in my mouth). Feel fortunate.

The Ativan should help too, but don't combine with the Xanax, unless in very small amounts. The others I'm not sure about. IMO, Advil helps with mild headaches, but does shit for leg aches.

Depending on the size of your habit,,
but you seem well-equipped. The xanax will really help.
Also heroin w/ds feel bad, but pass relatively quickly,

You'lll get that bright sunshiney clarity before y'know it ;)
