You'll do fine Jonny, I think you've got a reasonably sane mind.
Just stick to your plan and you'll be ok.
If you need help, let us know.

i REALLY do too now that i dont have it. dammit.
My friend was trying to quit ciggys and she had this self-help book she was reading to.. well, help.
About a 3rd of the way through, just out of the blue, it says: okay, SO CONGRATULATIONS, you've already had your very last ciggy....
Point being, the last line, shot, drink whatever your vice, is so hyped-up that you can't help but ridiculously glorify it... thus enjoying it more than it should be enjoyed...
And then when you're trying to go without, you keep remembering that one wow moment, making it even harder not to go back...
Anyway, my friend stopped smoking after that page.

ya its totally true. although somehow i doubt that is actually my last one. hopefully for a while tho.

For some reason, I used to find it easier to go without/moderate when i had cash in my pocket and a dealer down the road. That way i'd at least feel in control.
If i didn't have money... well, i'd be calling around, pawning my shit, desperado styles... feeling the NEED

Whoa Johnny, thats a pretty dark shot there. Even by my standards. I guess you need to make the 'last' one count..
