for any person seeking help for addiction both I and billi are more than happy to converse with people in the private message forum provided as a service of the website. neither of us are addiction therapists , but if you are seeking resources for detox etc we have both been through much of the types of treatment ourselves. personally I hope that this website provides more than a resource for people who are active users. there are other opiate resource websites out there, many which focus mainly on heroin addiction etc, what we are trying to offer is an open community and ease of communication. thanks. good luck. and dont let the situation reinforce thoughts that its "all coming to and end". with the wide variable of people and approaches out there I understand that there are going to be just as many paths to recovery....there needs to be more than just one consideration of what succesful rehabilitation means. the fact that every human in the world is dependant on morphine day to day is a little understood concept, and the more that this is thrown around maybe the more some will be forced to look at their own pharmacology as a sort of balancer of considering others situations.

just to add a note that we're happy converse publicly as well, since private messages benefit only two parties, rather than the board....

but yeah, i've been in and out (and in and out) of the rehab system; i'm happy to answer anything..
