Tromethamine has a black-box warning -

It looks like nasty shit.

TORADOLORAL (ketorolac tromethamine), a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), is indicated for the short-term (up to 5 days in adults), management of moderately severe acute pain that requires analgesia at the opioid level.

Interesting to see a NSAID produce such analgesia - no wonder it's dangerous

Toradol will not help your WD symptoms in the sense I think you are asking about.

It is can be excellent pain reliever. I went to the ER with a legit migraine and in WD..They gave me IV Toradol for the migraine..helped slightly..did nothing for the WD though, ended up getting Dilaudid.

flip is right on, it will not help W/D but it is an excellent pain reliever, at least IV. When I had my hysterectomy I was on a PCA Morphine pump but they gave me IV Tordal every 6 hours and it relieved pain that morphine wasn't. Never tried it orally but it has a bad reputation. Can be VERY bad on the stomach. I would not take it.
