cool interview. I read one of Dee Dee's books a couple years ago.
ever hear Chinese Rocks by Johnny Thunders and the Heartbreakers or the version the Ramones recorded? allegedly Dee Dee wrote it for the heartbreakers and I think they did the best version, but check out the Ramones version too it was on the end of the century album, the last album Phil Spector produced.
one of the best songs about heroin in my opinion, my old band used to play a cover of it at almost every gig
anyways the beginning of the song goes:
