Mixing opiates

Good day.
Hope all are well.

So, after my latest pain clinic visit, I am left with:
Primary Pain Meds
1. MS Contin: 30mg @ 2x per day
2. Percocet: 5/325 @ 3x per day (as needed for break through)

Left over meds after switch:
Methadone: 5mg tabs

I am trying to balance things out, just in case I get called in for a pill count for my next appointment.
But, my question is, given the above medication, can I do a mix of all three and get a decent 'opiate blanket'?

My tolerance is somewhat high, considering that before I started at the pain clinics, I was with ROPs and getting hydrocodone. (about 8 Norco a day)
Then dropped that and moved to kratom for a while.

Then when I started in at the pain clinic, I stopped the kratom.
I don't want to shoot it, like the good ol days, so it's oral for me.

So far, I have mixed the MS Contin, crushed with about 4 percocets and don't seem to get the desired effect. Can I throw in a methadone or two and see if that helps? Or will the methadone just cancel it all out?

I do have some .5 klonopins as well.

What would you do?

Sure,I'd drop the 'done.

I love to mix opiates. The dones will only help your situation out. Im not positive, but i think if you are on a high enough amount, maybe 60 mg + of done and you try to shoot up the rush will be blocked but you can still get some build up effect.

Nick: Yup, I think I will do just that. Both drop it and be careful.
I like to mix them as well, but just want to be sure I'm not wasting any of it.
Mixing works out, as I am able to keep the intake of each lower, so I can be sure to be on count for possible pill calls.

Leavittibeav: Thanks. And I think the same. But I'm not too worried about blocking, or shooting...as my dose isn't high enough and I don't shoot.

Dropping the done shall commence, in 5...4...3...2....

Only you know your tolerance. Keep in mind that Methadone has a very long half-life and it tends to build up in your system. This long half life causes alot of the ODs associated wtih 'done, so just be careful, you know your tolerance. Also worth mentioning is that MS is not very effective orally, which is probably why you are not getting the desired effect. I find that it takes a good 120mg of oral MS to get even a little buzz. I have found though that if I take 100mg MS Contin, swallowed whole, I'm good (not high, just "good") for about 6 hours. Mixing should be fine just don't over do it!!:)

Well, I hate to tell you, but of course you're not getting "the desired effect". You're there for pain management! The primary goal is to treat pain, not to get high.

And before you jump down my throat, I'm in PM too. If I want to get fucked up, I have to supplement what I get from the PM doc.

And if you're worried about pill counts, then maybe you should look into other ways of supplying pills to get high off of.
