DXM and MS Contin 60 mg

Just came across ms contin 60 mg tablets..... if i took 150 mg of dxm almost 4 hours ago should i be good to take the ms contins?

hypothetically speaking....sure...
but I would do less M if you dont have a habit. or take less at least initially.

what I found is the next day after taking dxm the effect of my opiate intake seemed stronger.
