well as some of you prolly already know and i've recently figured out if you barely heat the M#'s (i mean stop right when you see bubbles) then you have hardly any junk whatsoever left over. i used to bring the shit to boil 2-3 times and would always have noticable shit leftover, ive of course changed my cook style.

i'd say warm saline would be the best thing to use, no heating at all

ya, chemicals have a certain water temp that they are most soluable at. for instance, codeine has a very high solubility (sp?) in water that is 88 degrees (F), anything much higher or lower will make it less soluable in water. fuck i cant spell soluable for the life of me today or it looks wrong or something.
