you will know if its real by taking it. last week i had a tab that was tastless and what not and it was really good stuff. cheap too. the only way you can really tell is by eating it (im sure if you are a chemist with access to a laboratory you could find out another way but im not and i dont.)

I get body effects when I take acid. I get "electric chills" go through my body when im on acid... on the comeup of acid I always get this weird energy feeling in my legs.

Yeah. That's what I did. Started out with a really low dose, to gauge the effects and make sure I could handle it. I've never had a massive dose of shrooms, but I would welcome it. Awesome stuff, and it seems very clean..

As for obtaining them. If your in a country where it's legal to grow them, you can buy kits, or just go online in general and get spores and shit...(www.shroomery.org) ...Cool stuff. FUNGI RULES.

Shrooms are pretty easy to grow. Also fairly easy to find in the wild if you know what you are doing. Lots of good shroom forums around if you are interested in finding some in the wild.

As far as telling if its real, you already got that advice but as for your other questions on effects it really depends on what type you have. They all act differently a little, for instance the paper squares for me give the best visuals usually but don't give quite as good a body high feel; as far as the gel tabs go they usually give a great body high and some visual effects but not strong visuals unless you are taking extremely high doses; and as far as liquid (my personal favorite) for me is kind of the best of both worlds, good body high as well as some good visuals (all depends on your dosage as well, and it can vary on how many people have touched it).

Also there are many different types of liquid acid, sometimes they may tell you the name (don't always trust them on the names, they can say whatever) but I had a good straight guy a while back and he was always on about the name or brand of what he had and there was a definite difference between each...What he always said was "white fluff" was my favorite, it had a nice clean body high with great visuals as well...oh, also I've seen micro dots (little pills) but haven't seen them for years, they may be in your parts though ask around...

So about that...Which type do you have and what color is it if it is a gel tab??? Fill us in as well if you've taken it...how do you feel???

the "white fluff" is actually Family Fluff, and yeah, holy fuck man, that shit is fucking insane. As far as finding acid, the best place to get it if you aren't in the know, is to go to a large music festival, and go through shakedown street. You'll find whatever you want within 15 minutes. But yeah if you come across "white fluff" or "family fluff" (same thing) YOU WANT THAT, lol.

Well you can be pretty much certain its not LSD if the blotters are bigger than 1cm. Pure LSD is colorless and odorless. Taste it when you eat it, it shouldn't have a taste. It also glows under a black light, but i think most substances that are used to imitate do also. If it really is good cid, you will be gone off 1 tab. Make sure you wait at least an hour before dosing up. LSD has a magic about it that the imitations don't have. It has no body load, the visuals are very bright with tracers/trails, and you will see amazing patterns.

Yeah, lol. Honestly you should be off your face with 1 hit if it's really good. First time I got good clean LSD (not the first time I've done "acid" but the first time I got real, for sure, clean ass LSD), I got it from some homeless guy wondering around the entrance in the giant traffic HELL on the first day of Wakarusa last year. I gave him twenty bucks and he gave me (what I know now to be) like A FUCKING TEN STRIP ROFL. The guy that I was with doesn't do drugs at all, but wanted to try acid, that night I got too drunk and wasn't down, so I gave him his half of the "two" hits, and I didn't see again for like 14 hours rofl. He ended up at seeing the Disco Biscuits like 1 1/2hours after dosing, and then he just kind of wondered around the woods for like 10 hours rofl. When i dropped I only took half of my half, and I was so ate up everything was so wonderful, I dosed right in between Buckethead and Les Claypool, and half way through Claypool HAD to go wandering because the amount of people and the show itself were just too much. I tripped all night long, and can only imagine what my friend must have felt like lol. Mushrooms, take 2g your first time man. I've eaten four different strains of P. Yea my first time was pretty amazing like that. I was used to smoking or taking pills so after like 45 minutes I thought it was fake or something but in just over an hour it hit, not really all at once, I think I started feeling weird after the 45 minutes, can't explain it I guess, just felt like something was gonna happen; I was either about to get real sick or it was kickin in. And it hit good, but the better times are when you have higher doses and you actually get some real visuals, not just stuff moving a little or trails on anything that does move, but a few times I actually saw things melting, Literally...

I remember the first time everything melted, I was at a rave in ATL and was candy flippin (acid & E) and every thing was great, feeling good and it was the best rave (still today) I've been to (I mean the place not that time). The place was always full of E so everyone loved each other in there always, different vibe than most; anyways I was out on the balcony outside looking at the city lights through the fence posts (I was sitting on the floor) when all of a sudden every thing I was looking at was melting, the city, I turned to my friend and his face was nothing (like hot candle wax but everything)...It only lasted a short bit and afterward was the coolest thing that had ever happened and other times after that was awesome; but that first time (just for a few seconds) I thought I had too much and went blind or something cause I couldn't see at all, not clearly at least...

Real cid is cool to do, but check out the different types...personally I didn't care as much for blotter paper or whatever, but loved the liquid, and gel tabs were usually good as well...

If you don't know where to find, go to the main city in your area on Friday or Saturday night around midnight (or better yet ask around) but find you a rave...every party drug will be there especially cid and E, shrooms and K sometimes and occasionally maybe some Ice...but without a doubt acid will be there...Probably in every form...just go in and have fun, it will come to you...

It has always been pretty cheap, average price $5 a hit or you could get a vial of liquid (about 100 drops depending how you hold the bottle) for $100-$150 and a sheet of blotter usually about $150...but you had to know some peeps to get quantity at a good price...What is he charging you????

Thats what LSD tastes like.. if you can describe it in any way thats how it is to me... but most acid going around is so weak half the time you can't taste shit and need 10+ hits for a 'true' trip. I haven't had good acid since '03. Not that I've been looking either lol. but on the 4th of july i tried to get some and it was no where to be found, so i tried one the famous 'hippie flipping' things, mush + E. fucking BEST SHIT EVER! I always thought wtf why not save em for separate times, but after doing it, beleive me folks, TRY THEM TOGETHER!!! Taking you're experienced with both first that is:cool:

LOL man, i was seriously so out there i would look at someone and not know who they were unless i was close up and me barely able to talk English. My whole visual field was occupied by pretty much what was in my mind. I spent what i can remember of the trip just lying down on my bed in the quiet with my eyes closed, i know there is a lot of this i cant remember. It really doesnt get stronger than this i think, longer yes, but not stronger. I remember seeing and being one with everything, then the birth of the world (dividing into 2, male and female) and the echo flowing on and evolving (I shit you not, i am not talking this up, and no words can express what was going on as any psychonaut knows. I've tripped on acid+shrooms about 50 times so i know what i'm saying). I was so lucky that acid found me when it did, because it was probably only a week or 2 after i seriously permanently injured myself, wanted to kill myself, was in so much pain and knew my body was seriously disabled and would never be the same. The cid made me happy again, and just truely restored my spirit and gave me a love for life. I cant stress how far i went into the collective consciousness. I actually wrote a bit of what i learned the next day, and i typed 1000 words in about 5 mins, and i am never that motivated or have that much imagination or starting point, or anything to say. I could write a novel about it and my theory's of why and how these drugs work and what is happening to you.
If only the gov didn't have such a fucked up view on anything that alters you except alcohol and band-aid prescription drugs. They don't offer healing or cures, just opportunity for more tax money amongst other things.

In the drug manuf. business... it's about money... and from what i understand.. there just isn't a terrible amount of money in acid. The way i understand it is, the averedge recreational drug user... may use cocaine.... or heroin.... or speed... and weed for that matter.... daily. Usually, after a while several times daily. The avid acid user... usually does not use acid every single day, and most certainly does not do it multiple times daily. Now I'm not saying no one in the history of the human race has ever eaten a couple doses stretched out over 24 hours... but its not "common". Givin that... and how hard it is to come across the precursors, Its rapid rate of degradation if improperly stored, the organic chem. know how, and the lab equip (which is DEA watch listed) lsd is just not extremely profitable. It's much more profitable to order say an ounce of a DOx research chemical and put it in some panes or some blotters or some liquid. SWIM could order a couple of grams (hundreds of doses) shipped from inside the united states, for under $500 (a very verified source). That gives you an idea of the profitability. The best way to tell, is that DOx substances and most other RC usually take about 2 hours to reach nice effects. While acid should take under an hour. Also, lost of people (in my area at least) have been selling these over sized blotters... as "mescaline" fucking mescal cannot be put on a damn blotter! Sorry about my rant haha, just putting it out there, that alot of acid (although i have been noticing a he he reflux.... pun intended.... these days) is not in fact acid. Not that its not out there. I had the pleasure of working at a very liberal canabis club in sf for 2 years.... about 2 years ago... and I saw PLEANTY of really really old school clean acid working there.... microdots... liquid... gel.... greatful dead blotter.. but I think most of that came from the same place.... locally

No physical long term effects what so ever, and only posative mental effects if you know how to work with it and accept what you face. Sorry man but i don't think that was lsd. I think 5-meo-amt was the one with the bitter taste, lasts the same time too..

But anyway if you dont get real LSD, you will most probably be getting, as mentioned above, 5-meo-amt, or one of the DOx's (DOA, DOB, DOC etc.) which are hallucinogenic amphs with hallucinogenic effects. The trouble is these substances are toxic if you have too much, but LSD, you could have 1000 doses and it would still not be toxic for you, although you would probably be tripping for 2 weeks and i would say lose your mind, but i've read of people coming out of this sort of thing ok, like in an acid lab 2 people snorting some pure powder thinking it was coke. There is always fake junk out there and always will be some and in dry situations like it is for acid now people do tend to take advantage...Just like with E, remember 5-6 years ago it was all good and before that for a while but now its mixed with all kinds of junk if there is even any MDMA in it at all...I knew people back in the day who sold fake crap just to make a buck...

I agree. I had a weird experience on acid many years ago and something has been different ever since. Then, I found out years after I did the acid, that I do have an underlying neurological disorder. The problem is, acid might be fine for most people, but how do you know whether or not you're the one with an "underlying" mental or neurological disorder? Having a bad trip and ending up with permanent damage is a shitty way to find out you already had some kind of problem.

Well seem as you have done hundreds of hits of good acid n you shouldn't be doing it more than once a month, i would say that's your problem. It's not the drug, it's the abuse. It's not physically addictive and it's very rare for anyone to abuse it, so you just gotta be sensible with it, not dumb. So i take it you woulda been tripping for about 15 years if done responsibly. Seem as you've done hundreds, i picked the smaller number of 200 and divided it by 12.. 16 years. Sorry to hear that. Everyday things can make these problems surface, the stresses of life. Acid pronounces anything about you, emphasizes it. If there's something not quite right, that will grow too. And there is no way to know for sure without doing it. But if you find yourself depressed, paranoid, manic, or anything without drugs then you know to avoid. Another thing is people often don't have the ability to reflect on themselves to realize things like this. Best ask an honest friend if they think you are normal, or if you have any strange tendencies.
But yes i know it's true some people won't know, and i feel sorry for them. But let me point you to an interesting study done with LSD and deeply disturbed children. It cured or significantly helped all of them.

Sorry man but i don't think that was lsd. I think 5-meo-amt was the one with the bitter taste, lasts the same time too..

But anyway if you dont get real LSD, you will most probably be getting, as mentioned above, 5-meo-amt, or one of the DOx's (DOA, DOB, DOC etc.) which are hallucinogenic amphs with hallucinogenic effects. The trouble is these substances are toxic if you have too much, but LSD, you could have 1000 doses and it would still not be toxic for you, although you would probably be tripping for 2 weeks and i would say lose your mind, but i've read of people coming out of this sort of thing ok, like in an acid lab 2 people snorting some pure powder thinking it was coke. At another rave party a friend paid $10 for 3 hits of liquid and wanted me to count to make sure the guy didn't rip him off...I watched and counted, 1 drop, then no more drops, just a stream of liquid (the guy selling was trippin hard and couldn't see if it was dropping or not, he even looked at me and asked if that was 3 or not) It was so much my friend had some run down his face/cheek. Either way hehad alrady taken 4 Black gel tabs and 2 blotter squares...needless to say he was nervous asking if the guy gave him too much and I never changed my answer telling him he got 3 drops and that was it...and I had to stay with him all night and constantly tell him when he would say "I think I had too much", I would say no you didn't man your fine have fun...........I told him the next day and he thanked me for not telling him, he said he felt like he was going out of his mind and every so often he would start to worry and would ask me and I would calm him down.....Anyone who has taken A in large doses knows if someone get nervous or something just tell em it will be OK, everything is fine; no matter what otherwise they might start freakin out and have a bad trip or something...

Yea i had a bad trip once and it was horrible.. I remember running out of a party thinking everyone was watching me and plotting shit.. Wellll.....the REAL acid was LSD25, way back when. I don't think acid has ever been quite what it was before 1968-69 or so.
Been on a lot of forums with a lot of debate about this. Ive only done this once. I got it with teddy ghrams(sp) and I took one.Nothing happened.... took the 2nd one an hour later.In 30 minutes. BAM. I was trippin hard.
The body high was weird. Everything was in neon lights and just insane. I lived in the middle of the woods at this time and just spent hours wandering in the woods.
I laughed pretty fucking hard once during this trip. For some reason, I found Skittles to be amusing...

That's not very cool, in my book. People think that they are losing their minds, they don't even think of the possibility that they are on a drug. Why? Because its so utterly unlike any drug they've ever experienced they wouldn't believe that such a drug could be possible.

The military was doing things like that to soldiers as experiments--they'd give some poor G.I. increasingly larger doses each day, without his knoweldge--and the results were disastrous. One soldier committed suicide leaving some insane rambling message that sounded like he believed he was guilty of treason.

People who go down this road need to be fully prepared both in surroundings and in mental scenary as well. You can't just take somebody in the middle of their work day, with 100 things on their mind, and turn their colors on. They'll lose it, bigtime. Nobody deserves that.

Respect the drug. It's not just a 'kick'--it opens doors.

LSD has a magic about it that the imitations don't have. It has no body load, the visuals are very bright with tracers/trails, and you will see amazing patterns.
I recommend shrooms equally if you have not tried them, they have a certain magic feeling about them too, but in their own different, more natural and organic way.

acid has no smell or taste: i used to play with acid alot. (ROAs)

from accidental personal experience (i'll spare the story:abduct:) LSD will fluoresce (glow) under a blacklight. it is a very simple test.

careful though because the paper or any other medium its on will fluoresce as well, giving false positive results. when i did it i dropped the tab in a shot glass full of water let it sit for a bit then take the tab out and hold a black light (not the bulb a real tube) up to it. the water will appear milky white if theres any el ess in it

also. if you put it on your tongue and take the tab away after about 30 seconds, the area where the tab was on your tongue will fluoresce a milky white color. you cannot see it under visible light though.

I was just wondering if anyone else remembers when those two guys(names i dont know)that got busted a few years back,They were like the main pipeline of L for the whole USA.I read an article after the fact that the feds got onto them and they packed up shop out of Cali. and headed to the mid-west.I dont remember the exact numbers but the feds gottem in kansas with like a few million dollars worth of equipment and hundreds of gallons of L.The reason i brought it up is because again i was on tour with a few jambands and doin the whole festival scene for a few years and when those guys went down it was the end of doses on that scene for a good two years!It would show up randomly at times but it was either really weak or bunk.Its a damn shame.Pretty sure the guys are lifers now.

I agree fully,I have a few friends who sware they will never touch acid again because of a bad trip.Then come to find out they took it at home while they're parents were in the next room or went to the fucking mall or something,Its like what the hell did you expect!Suroundings are crucial to having fun on lsd.Thats the whole reason they have hippie festivals in the summer!Its the perfect place to buy anything you want,get as whacked as you want and know that everyone else is just as fucked up,and there is no cops.But the more you dose the easier it is to handle in less acid friendly places.

People with little intellect definately dont get the full effect of what lsd is about.They just usually have a bad trip or laugh uncontrollably for hours.Dont get me wrong i get in laughing fits at times on lsd too,that just happens i think,things tend to be alot more hillarious .One more thing...I dont know why but i can shoot a mean game of pool on lsd!LOL

That's not very cool, in my book. People think that they are losing their minds, they don't even think of the possibility that they are on a drug. Why? Because its so utterly unlike any drug they've ever experienced they wouldn't believe that such a drug could be possible.

The military was doing things like that to soldiers as experiments--they'd give some poor G.I. increasingly larger doses each day, without his knoweldge--and the results were disastrous. One soldier committed suicide leaving some insane rambling message that sounded like he believed he was guilty of treason.

People who go down this road need to be fully prepared both in surroundings and in mental scenary as well. You can't just take somebody in the middle of their work day, with 100 things on their mind, and turn their colors on. They'll lose it, bigtime. Nobody deserves that.

Respect the drug. It's not just a 'kick'--it opens doors.
To be honest, there is no way I would have gave those hits to the teacher but just thought I'd tell the story since we were talking about it. I agree as someone said before that you must be prepared before a trip with acid...maybe some are different but I would think I was going insane if I'd never done it before and someone gave me some unknowingly. Seriously I don't condone doing this to someone, that was a stupid high school dumb ass doing his usual stupid stuff...

It used to fun though to go out trippin, but as far as those talking about having bad trips, I never had one, however had I been in the wrong surroundings I could see how it could easily turn bad and I've been around someone who had a somewhat bad trip (She didn't freak out or anything but basically left the rave and just sat in the car all night; something freaked her out I guess; anyway some friends had to stay with her all night, just looking out). Thats why I mentioned being with friends who know what their doing, most of the time someone telling you that everything is OK can calm you down from my experience...The first time I smoked out while trippin, I got the paranoia from the weed and was wiggin for a while but it was all good...

And Heidi WOW!! 25 hits...There is no way I would touch that much unless it was weak or something, I couldn't imagine that trip. I don't know, either I was getting some good stuff or I haven't tripped as hard as I thought, I get nervous with a 10 strip...I mean I know some guys who have taken high doses like that but they were always trippin cause they supplied the county for a while, always liquid (either lavender or white fluff)...Either way if your trippin for the first time just know where your gonna be and trip with a friend then have fun...

I don't know if I can handle L anymore. The last trip I had was pretty nice though. MDMA is the only pyschedelic I look foward to doing nowadays. I'd rather get drunk then trip. I have friends that are still going strong with the pyschs though. I had a vial shoved in my face a week ago and passed, also passed on some Deemsters as well.

man, i dunno how i missed this thread so far.... i just read the whole thing and DAMN do i wanna trip now! it's been a while....

i can't even count how many times i've tripped. i spent a lotta time on Dead tours back in the day, and was dealing liquid white fluff for a while too (back in the 90's sometime maybe?) i don't know how long it's even been since i had any acid i'd consider to be really good.... except for last summer at a friend's wedding. the ol' hippie family of friends came out to the woods for some live music and a night or 2 of campfire silliness.... and i had one of the best trips i've had in years! oooooo-wheeeeeeee!! :D

and euphoria.... if you do decide to take the plunge, don't underestimate the power of set and setting. your mindset before take-off, and where you are for the experience. and it's always a good idea to have a guide who's done it before, to help you steer if you have trouble on the journey! psychedelics are powerful tools, and can sometimes pick locks inside your brain that help hide things you don't wanna see, as well as the things you ought to see.

also, it never hurts to have some form of tranquilizer on hand to use if things just get too damn weird. i had a buddy once with some underlying head-case issues (wish i'd have known this before the fact!) a bunch of us ate some acid with him, and he damn near freaked out everyone's trip! i spent the better part of my trip talking him down, and thank god i had some downers to knock him out with! the next day he kept thanking me, and telling me that he thought i was some kind of wizard or something, reading his thoughts and casting spells to rid him of demons. like i said -- powerful stuff!

OK... now i wish that i had those little bottles of liquid from so many years ago! :D
