COURT TUESDAY A.M.

Hey opiophiles, just to let you all know, I have court tomorrow morning in Dickinson County KS, the town of Abilene. There is a REAL possibility the cocksucker judge is going to throw me in jail. I have no lawyer or $$$ for one and when I asked him to appoint me one on first appearance, he told me I gave up that right when I absconded for 7 years.

The real fucked up thing is its traffic court, I was speeding 51 in a 45 and driving while suspended.

Tomorrow is trial, I hope they can't find the cop that originally arrested me and it gets continued.

The bad part of this story is, the judge used to be the drug task force investigator back in the day when my X old man was rocking and rolling. Anyhow, my X slapped this guy in the face in the courtroom, and the now-judge KNOWS who I am, being so and so's girl for so long in that area and he HATES his guts. He has now turned his anger to me, this is obvious at the first 2 hearings I went to the last couple of months.

So, if I disappear for a few days, I'll be in county with no way out.

Ah, that fuckin' sucks. This exactly what must suck about going to court in a small town: the judge knows your old man, the jury knows what you did last summer etc. Ah what a bitch. I'll be rooting for you and I really hope you dont go to jail.

She has to turn herself in on Friday for 5 days. Her attn. finally showed up or would have been 180 days. With a $477 fine, which course she doesn't have. Least she's high as FUCK. She, naturally, had me laughin out loud so hard, you wouldn't believe.

What about your meds and such, with your knee the way it is? Will they allow you your meds? Maybe they would put you on a medical unit!

five days still seems like an eternity in county jail, and lets not forget the conditions in county jails vary significantly from one to another

i can tell you that spending time in a rural Idaho county jail is a piece of cake compared what it would be like in a county jail in a big city

make sure to take a large dose of a long acting opioid like methadone before you check yourself in on Friday:D
