Those with experience sending poppy seeds through USPS, or those who know actual laws- please post advice on this situation:

I am concerned about legalities or investigation being started if I send seeds from US to Europe. I have sent 2 other times to which I do not believe that they were recieved in Europe. I am at a new location in the US and am sending seeds to a friend overseas. They are packaged in envelope coeners and those put into a larger envelope. When you shake it, you can hear them rustle around...kinda *suspiciously*. SO can this draw attention to my address?

Hahaha. I hope this was a joke post. As Paregoric pointed out. Poppy seeds are legal almost everywhere in the world. So you and your friend are probably in no danger at all.

In a legal sense.. i can not be charged with the shipping of seeds... but could it draw attention...?

I think "they" all turn their head to the whole poppy seed issue, honestly.
