so i gots between 160 and 170 hydromorphone 4mg pills (yes i typed between 160 and 170-i know some of you would love to have my stash right now:))


but fuck i have never IVed before and don't know if i want to start..... if i did- i have easy access to clean needles

....i just wish i didn't have to IV these for them to be worth a fuck- i guess i could use them to trade for 'dones:D

Once they build up in your system they will work just fine orally. Most peoploe get turned off of it because they try it once or twice and feel nothing. Only because it has to build up.
It wouldn't be in pill form if it had to be IVed.

You coulkd always do subcutaneous or IM. It won't give the characteristic 'rush' that many opiophiles look for but you skip the first pass metabolism and get a good high from it.

For me.. Dilaudid must be IV'd, no doubt, I love the rush, I love the intesity of it, one of my favorite opiates no doubt.

But for me, I IV almost every(strong) opiate I come across, just because I hate wasting such a special and expensive group of chemicals. I love the rush most of all(hah, who doesn't) which is the main reason I IV all my dillies, H and morph. Another big influence is tolerance, tolerance is a bitch, and unless I IV I will not be able to afford my habit.

You on the otherhand I would advise not to start IVing just because you may think you have a tolerance or whatever reason it may be.

Once you starting banging things there isn't any going back, you've probly heard that a billion times but its a damn accurate saying if you ask me.

i just took seven of those avinza 60mg morpine extended release pills, dumped out the beads, crushed to powder, and ingested-so that equals 420mg morphine orally, should get me feeling good and itchy:)

why bother? you've got Duragesic- not mylan. You can simpy smoke the stuff, it's easy to measure and easy enough to do.

Start low though. More than one friend got a nod that became a dirt-nap from that advice.

And in reality, you're putting yourself at greater risk using a heating pad.

you put too many patches on, or heat it up too quickly, and all of a sudden you've got 72 hours worth of fentanyl jambed into 6- meaning that narcan shots will have to happen every few hours.

Get any of those pill form opiates into solution and put the solution up your ass and lay on your side for 30 minutes. You will enjoy, trust me.

Patch smoking is a once or twice deal...smoking silica gel is horrible for you.


Personally thats a stash that wouldnt be too great unless it is refillable. gonna be in a world of hurt when you run out of all that shit. also, dont overdo it on the other pills while you have a patch or 2 slapped on you.

You've either have a fairly big tolerance, or you missed. Either way, that's a problem easily corrected.

No! No! No! Do not shoot pills IM or Subcutaneously. This is not good and one way to get a nasty abscess.
Not to mention with an IM shot you need a needle of 1 1/2 inch to get deep into the muscle to get a better reaction. Sub-Q, is for very small amounts of fluid and not recommended for pills.

I know you guys are tired of hearing it from me....But shooting pills is just not worth it. With all the other risks, it leads to scarring in the lungs and over time can lead to serious respiratory problems.

I never did do that myself, but as a harm reduction nurse who works with IV drug users, I know many who wish they never got into shooting pills.
I should advise hear not to shoot anything.....But, I only make suggestions and I would be a hypocrit!
