Need help with fent.

Ok guys here the problem. Keep in mind I read as much as I could on this site and so far nothing has worked for me. Ok, I managed to score 2 100ug/hr Jennsen Duragesic patches.

Last night, I took some gel out and tried to smoke it wet following the various ways listed here on this site. So far nothing, all I managed to do was waste it. Next I tried IV the gel. I took a very small amount (about the size of a pin head) and mixed it with about 1cc of cold water. Cold mixed it until it looked like there was nothing left and went to work. Again, nothing. Now I tried scraping some gel out on drying it on a mirror. I did this till is was a white crystal. I then scraped that off the mirror and tried to smoke it. Again, nothing. By this point I was too frustrated and gave up. I took the rest of the gel out and spread it on a mirror again to dry. Now...

This morning I wake up and find it's all dried out and once again I am left with a white crystal looking stuff. I am done trying to smoke this shit as it's a waste and I don't want to waste anymore of this stuff. So can I mix down the "crystals" with water and IV it that way? Again, I don't want to waste this stuff anymore. I tried eating it and all it did was make me sick for about 3 hours with non stop puking. So right now, IV is the only way to go.

Please help. Again, I have read every guide here and nothing has worked (smoking, or wet shooting). I know all about the safety part and will start very very slow, I just want some effect with this stuff and since I have wasted 1 patch so far out of 2 and these are very rare for me to get. I would like some enjoyment out of what is left. Let me know, thanks.

You'd probly need about 200ug or 300 ug of fent to get off.

Assuming your patch has 10mg? in total.

Divide the powder up into 40 equally sized portions.... shoot one at a time... this will get you high no doubt?(youll be shooting 250ug at a time, probly less since you used some already).

I had the vials and 200ug got me off back then.

I seem to hear about alot of people have trouble with the fent patches..

I had success smoking it.. taking the gel and putting it into a vape or a spoon shaped piece of tinfoil.

It's very hard to smoke fent because the vapours coming off the gel are SOO small you cant see it, you have to keep the smoking device very close to your mouth and keep inhaling to make sure you've got the vapours inhaled correctly.

When you tried to smoke the crystal after it dried out, did you put the flame right on the fent? That would probably fuck it up. Put the crystal on foil and heat the foil from underneath while inhaling though a tube. The crystal will turn black after a few seconds. Hold the vapors in your lungs for as lon as you can hold your breath. Suprising you didn't feel the effects though.

I don't think it's fake. It came in a sealed pouch, the dealer is reliable (money back if bunk, plus personal friend) and the non-gel patch she gave me was legit as well. The exp date is next year, so I know it's not bad. I just don't get it. I have a decent tolerance (1 1/2g to feel "good"). I am buying one of those speed pipes tomorrow (the ones with the ball at the end and the stem on the other end) and try it that way. With smoking, I might have missed the hit. But again, I banged the gell and nothing. I just tried smoking the gel again, with a different method and I *think* I feel something, but maybe it's my mind pretending.

As for the dried crystals, I can bang and smoke this right? Like I said, this is a rare treat and I want to max it and have fun. So far I have been disappointed. We will see tomorrow after I get the pipe.

Lit it up from under the foil, I am not that stupid. I just scraped the rest of the crystal today when I got home from work, so after I get that glass pipe I'll try again. Also, I am not blowing out smoke after I exhale right since I am vaping it?

in a jar and add 1/4 cup of rubbing alcohol 99% , shake like hell for 10 min.
let stand . you should see two layers form. take a straw and siphon out the
alcohol on the top and put in a dish to evaporate. then do the same to the
water , heat lamp will help there. you should have all the fentynal in one or the other.
any way maybe it will get all the gack that they gel the fent in, out.

Almost every thread I've reead about that stuff has very strong warnings in them. Apparently it has a higgh ratiio of DEATH associated with it. It just seems too tricky to dial in the right dose.

If I were you I would just save the damn thing to use to help get you by when you are in a bad spot. I had a couple non gel ones that I cut into pieces that worked awesome for a taper. I love that stuff. I felt so refreshingly normal for a couple weeks.

I'm so glad they were not the gel ones I was hoping for because I would have done just what you did, waste them fucking around trying to smoke'm. So you know a 100 mcg. worn as directed is approximatly the equivalent of 180 mg. of orally taken oxycodone daily. The patch I had was pretty effective even on the 4th day. Keep in mind it takes up to 24 hrs for those things to kick in fully. Well worth the wait.

They are a godsend. Dont waste any more or worse wind up killing yourself fucking around. Its not worth it. Give wearing it a chance. I think you will be glad you did.

Not at all a good plan, you wouldn't get 2 layers, you would end up with diluted isopropanol!

That is so on the money. That is exactly what should be done with those things. Maybe if ya got a bunch you f around but they are so good at smoothing things out. Its a 3-4 day pass. thats a lotta smooth livin. or

you can butcher the poor thing and either get nothing out of it or die. They are far too valuable to waste.

Speaking form experience - trying to smoke or eat the gel out of a patch that has been used at all will not work. I had a patch that only been worn for a short time. I took all of the gel out and dried it to smoke. I got absolutely no high from it.

Usually I dry out a patch right after I open it. This always works and gets me nodding hard, but for a short time (smoking only lasts for a short time).

So a little fyi to all of you - if you want to smoke a patch be sure to use one that has not been opened.

Smoking on foil works, but it has a short, intense duration. The only thing I want to say is I've always had a higher tolerance for opiates than my peers, even before I ever even took an opiate. The only thing I ever OD'd on was smoking 100mcg patches when I was 15 (21 now). six months later my friend OD'd and the paramedics were called that time. Please be careful.

I've gotten prescribed Fent. for like 2 months and when I had it I tried everything and I guess I did It wrong or something but I took off a patch within a day and tried to eat the gel cuz these patches were hella different brand name then the first batch I had so there was gel inside the patch that you could see the one i had before were only a lil square patch with a sticky side it was wierd no gel no nothin just stick that baby on and damn pain relief for hours, but nothing ever worked like eating it or smokin it I tried smokin the gel too but shit just kept on melting n shit I dont kno wat went on but I kno that shit kicked ass. Shitty part if I had the patch off for a certain amount of time I would go thru W/D's hella quick which scared the shit out of me. Hummmmm.....That's a humdinger of an idea, Nicky, me lad. When drugs (take note I said "when", not "if") are legalized, I think I'll open up a fastfood joint "FentBurgers". Of course, it's open 24/7 and has a drive through window. And you'd be yelling your order into clown head with a Fent pop in his mouth. My favorite way to do Fenty without wasting it, is to cut off one of the corners and squeeze the gel into a nasal spray bottle. For me it is much safer and more efficient that way. I can meter it that way. 4 or 5 squirts in each nostril seems like about 30 mg or so of morphine or maybe 2 or 3 hydro 10's. All you have to do is fill the bottle about half way with water and empty the patch in there and put the pump back on and shake like hell for about as long as it takes to smoke a cigarette and then let it settle. Then fill it the rest of the way with water. Just be very careful. Fent is very strong but if you take it easy you can make a 100mcg/h patch last about 4 days to a week if you are lucky.

I mean really....rubbing alchohol......charcoal fluid....lacquer thinner?!?!?!?
You would end up poisoning yourself with the residues left behind from those kinds of dirty solvents!!
Here is what I have done in the past with the fent patches:
1.) I dissolved the gel in 80 proof vodka and shot it up with a 1 cc syringe. It hit me hard and I woke up with my face planted to the floor.
2.) I would just cut off a corner and squeeze it into my mouth and swallow it. The buzz was good although I experienced a little nausea.
Also, pay attention to the warnings that everyone has given you concerning the strength/lethality of fent.
They are absolutely correct.

Hey I live in Australia and have never heard of Fent until joining this wonderful community! I now see Fent prescribed to patients where I work as a Veterinary nurse. I am responsible for administering pain relief to most patients in my care. Usually Methadone is the common method, though I have seen Fent patches on some critters after they come out of surgery. What exactly is Fent? I was told that it is Pharmaceutical grade Heroin! Is this extremely wrong or maybe another opiate that is similar to M or H?

Yes it is an opiate, albiet a synthetic one. It is ony RX'd for extremely opoid tolerant patients.

If you have no real high toleranc to other narctoics you may kill yourself before you get to experience any pleasant effects,

well, currently on 100mg done per day, but I get 4 take homes staged through the week. i dose on monday,take home for tues. dose wed. take home 4 thurs dose fri. takehome for sat. &sun. but I usually doubledose or even tripledose on Fri.! And every weekend I get A 1/2 gram of H (sickly sweet China white rock though)to play with. usually IV a 1/4 on Sat. and same on Sun.:p

Thanx for your honesty. I think I will take your advice ! :) It's good to get real info rather than, 'I think this COULD be..... ' I understand the block concept, but I still get agreat buzz on the 1/4 H /day w'ends. Don't s'pose you know any tricks to get rid of the pinned iris's. ?Apart from dark sunglasses(not a good look during ward rounds.. hehehe)
