Mainlining caffeine

I'm not sure why I'm asking this, maybe it's because I'm medicated, tired, and bored, whatever...but would mainlining caffeine be similar to an amphetamine rush? Or would you just die from a heart attack? :rolleyes:

The only time I had IV caffiene was in the ICU after coming off the vent and with an intractible migraine..the neurologist gave me a caffiene IV.. I was all prepared to get jittery and have my heart explode..but it did nothing.

Not something I would reccomend trying for recreation at all.

Hah, yeah that's what I figured would happen too to somebody, their heart would just explode at like 400bpm. Yeah I haven't slept much tonight, just bored and figured I'd look up some info on caffeine to see just exactly how it works, I'm a chemistry dork. I don't do needles, so I'm not gonna try it, just bored to tears here. Of course it COULD probably keep me awake ..... nah..jjk:p

I've had IV caffeine in the hospital for migraine that wouldn't break with all the other meds they through at me.

It's definitely not something that will give you a buzz. It just made me jittery. And it got rid of the migraine.

no rush? if i'm not mistaken, in a big study of addictability of various drugs, I think there were some that showed caffeine was reinforcing taken by that route.

Black tar is often cut with coffee, the caffeine definatly adds to the rush and the quick on-set of the drug...

But caffiene is an upper and herion is a downer so wouldnt they fight against each other? You get 2 different effects competing or something like that. Or does it make a whole different feeling? I've heard of speedballs or 8balls thats supposed to be coke and herion , so caff and herion might feel the same?

A speedball has nothing to do w/ the two effects fighting each other, it's basically just both at the same time.

Triangle heroin is commonly cut with caffeine to enhance the rush. Caffeine is a vascular dilator and does allow IV’ed heroin to mix with the blood more rapidly for a quicker experience. That is why we hear of OD’s with the needle still in the arm. You won’t hear that happen with black tar very often.

If you do a Google search for heroin recipes you will find caffeine as an additive more often than not with Asian made dope.

I have not heard personally of caffeine IV'ed, but I have heard of anhydrous caffeine powder that was snorted. Supposedly the high is like twenty minutes or so, if you could even call it a high, and it's a mild stimulation. I never tried that shit, but stupid friends of mine a while back ordered caffeine off the Net, kinda like you used to be able to order like 50grams of DXM? So they got the pure anhydrous powder, and snorted it like dumbasses. Besides a spike in heartbeat and a generally shitty feeling, no other effrects were noted. Can't imagine that being at all good for ya.

I could mix some cough syrup and caffeine together and mainline it...I could call it the Vivarin Pancoff Speedball From Hell !!!

actually Salvation, you're right on the money with the Adderall or Ritalin. Let's say you do your opiate of choice, enjoy it, let it kick in, etc. Then when it is fully peaking, you could snort a "line" of Adderall, or even Ritalin. I have triedf the Adderall with good results.

Here's what i did:

40mg OC crushed and snorted. Wait ten minutes or so. Right when it starts peaking, I had a line of Adderall ready (they were the orange 30mg pills, the ones that say "AD" on them) I used half the pill cause i don't have an amphetamine tolerance. It actually made for a very nice effect. Cocke is better, in my opinion for these types of experiences, but I had no coke, so this proved to be the next bwest thing.

Ifeel you about the stims, I generally bug out with them too, if they are by themselves, but I must say that with the OC, it made for a very pleasant ride. They each complemented one another.\

Ha !!! I had no idea that would actually work, I was just guessing...just goes to show that some of the best ideas come to you when you're not thinking about it.

I suppose if I had to go beat the fuck out of somebody bigger than me, that'd be an awesome idea, but like I said, stims aren't my cup o' tea...though I've never tried it with opiates, so it might not be so bad. The bulletproof cocktail...:cool:

Cmpletely off the subject but i once got really low on OC and about an hour into did a hit of crack,And holy smokestacks batman!That was a fucking ride!Ovr in ten min. but being low to rushed out in a matter of seconds was a new experience.Not something i'd recommend for everyday but fun at the time.

IV'ing caffeine is a waste of time.

I went to get a girl of coke once. My buddy wasn't there so I called him and he told me where to find it. Unbeknownst to me it was next to a bag of caffeine he used to cut the asshole neighbor next doors dope with.

I put it in the spoon, hit it with water and drew it up. Not much was water soluble. What was didn't give me any kind of buzz.
