My drug treatment center will be the first one in California to do anal swabs as a method of drug testing. I think this is going a bit too far. Any thoughts?

What's wrong with oral swabs? I hope my methadone clinic don't decide this is a good idea, although in the interests of keeping my methadone script I'm sure I'll do it, at the end of the day they own me, if they say jump I jump............if they want to do an anal swab then reluctantly I'll do it!! Sad but true! When you become a junkie, you leave behind self respect (sorry thats probably a generalisation, what i meant to say is when I became a junkie I lost my own self respect)

George this thread was a fucken riot.I haven't laughed this much in a long time.You got all these junkies thinking they are gonna get their ass`swabbed next time they go to the methadone clinic and most of us including me are so fucken addicted to drugs that we are still gonna do it.Poppy said it all when she said something like when they tell her to jump she jumps and i also see many others would have submitted to the asshole test.
Unfortunately I got to admit when my meth DR. asks me to piss in a cup or stick a swab up my ass I am sure I would do it if it came down to it sad but true.I am one that would take the bait,No questios asked!!!
