Sorry just read this, but I've had the combo many times and Adderall goes well with pretty much any opiate and if the Adderall is an XR I've found that it also helps extend shorter acting opiates...just from my experience...I think the combo is nice because enough Adderall (30-40mgXR for me) does OK on its own but then add an opiate like Percocet or dones and generally you are speedy with that nice opiate feel so I usually can get a lot of work done, even boring work that you've been holding off you won't mind doing...Always a nice experience. Sorry for the late reply...
Also a 40mg methadone would have me feeling pretty tired and dozing off but adderall should take that away completely so you can just enjoy the dones...yea

Thanks so much OCfenatq. I am feeling very good right now, just smoked a blunt and it gave my already going buzz a nice lil kick. Very nice combo, I can see how this can be very addicting though. I will do this on occasions. Taking this combo and going to a big party would kick ass. I have the need to socialize when on this combo, I'm very alert and awake but at the same time I'm mellow and warm.....Why do you have to feel so good ;)

That feeling you are getting off of the adderall will go away unfortunately. 25mg XR is actually a fairly high dose to start with for ADD if you have no tolerance. It prlly won't make you drop dead or anything, but you may have trouble sleeping and/or eating for a short time until your body adjusts to it at that dose. My body quickly adjusted to adderall and I no longer have those side effects, or the lil bit of euphoria I enjoyed. Methadone and adderall are a great combo in my experience. Meth makes me nod like a mofo, even in small doses, and the adderall seems to counter that.

When u say methadone makes u nod? how much? 10mgs? cuz i have a fairly low tolerance and 20-30mgs of mdones at once would make me feel pretty buzzed... btw is it cool to mix ritalin and methadone? cuz i just did.... got a paper to write today :o
