Fent is good, but very hard to guage a dose(at least with the gel patches I had before) so like nick said becareful. Its a very strong high, just doesn't last very long.(30-45 min) Just curious, how do you use the non-gel patches?

i usually grab the 100mgh patch. i take the patch, cut it into quarters and put one peice in each side of my cheeks. doin half the patch at a time. and i just let it chill in my mouth for an hour or so. when i get the "gel type" patch, i shoot em' like heroin, oxy or dilaudid. shooting fent patches, imo, is a gamble tho. as i'm sure most people on here are aware of the risks.

I love those fucking things myself. I used to cut the patch into smaller pieces (about 1/6 of the patch) and chew the hell out of them. I gave my friend a piece the size I was chewing and he's not a regular user with a tolerance so the fuckin guy almost died on me. I didn't think he was going to make it. He was feeling a little tooooo good.

The 100ug/hour 72 hour patch has 10.2 milligrams of Fentanyl in it. That's more then enough to kill you so make sure you know what you're doing. (I don't know your tolerance)

I just scored 10 of those bad boys myself (Mylan/Non Gel/75 mcg), Me and my lady cut it in half. I placed my half in the area where my upper thigh meets my groin. Being that the neighborhood around the male testicular region emits the most heat of any location on the body, I believe that I experienced a more intenese high. I have also tried chewing on the patches, but would rather just stick them on my body.

i would consider my tolerence quitw high. example- i would mix 2 80mg oxy and 2 or 3 8mg dilaudids in a spoon and inject the whole thing in one shot, and that would MAYBE put me on a little nod. otherwise in general, 2 8mg dilaudid wont do a fuckin thing for me. not even a little glow. thats the result of 5 years of solid use. this is why i like the fent patches so much now. only downside is that the fent high is very very short lived.

Sounds familiar, and now 2 100mcg patches won't do jack fo me, neithe will a 100mcg shot of IV fent. Watch that tolerance.
