Hi ALL !!!!!!!! I was offered from a swim to buy 3 fent patches for $90 I was just wondering if thats a good price or a rip off I'm not sure of the strength..I would appreciate some advice on this.I do know it's the gel kind cause swim was telling me to mix some gel in my drink...Thanks everyone

DD got it right: find out the strength, and go from there. For example, if they are 25 microgram patches, it's arip. Even if they are 100 mikes, that price is still a little high. Not terrible, cause sometimes those shits can go for 50 bucks a pop to junkies in the 'hood coming off of crack and shit.

Yeah no doubt-- better to ask, than to assume and then find out you got ripped off or whatever. Hey, you know what? I very rarely deal w/ Fent myself, just because of the mere fact that it is not readily available near me. When it does come around, it's usually the 50 or 100 mike joints, so that's what I was basing my answer on. Shit, come to think of it, I would thoroughly enjoy some, but if "wishes were horses, beggars would ride." If you do end up getting it, I would recommend the smoking route: be CAREFUL though. Read up on it, here, in the forums before you start smoking the jelly. A couple people have died from doing that. (you gotta remember this shit is more powerful than most, if not all other opiates, as far as dosages are concerned, not necessarily subjective effects.) Good luck on that, and if you end up getting them, Fent can be fun and last a long time.

Well after I posted the last response had a drr.s appointment and they was doing a UA which nobody knew about till they got there,what they was checking for was to make sure you was taking what was scribed to you,so I didn't get the patches and it's a good thing cause they would of showed up in my piss test.

So if I was to chew a few of my fent patchs I have they would not show up in a drug test? I am in drug court and have to be very careful when I use so not to test positive and have been waiting to do these.

I would glady give $90 for three patches regardless of size... I've been on fentanyl for exactly a year now and I can assure you it's worth it, well to me it is!!! I've had ppl offer $120 per single patch of my 25mcg/hr(2.5mg) patches! Guess huh, i declined!
Fent(SMOKED!!!) is my hands down fav opi of choice! No doubt. if not smoked the stuff kinda sucks IMO.

I don't see why everyone thinks over $30-40 for a fent patch is a jip... I mean just the 2.5mg ones are equiv to 214mg of Oxy, but MUCH more euphoria(again, when smoked!).
I would GLADY take more fent patches(gel ones only!) over some Dialudid(which is overrated UNLESS IV'd!).

So yeah, I would personally take up the offer regardless of mg. Fent is the only thing that helps my pain ontop of being my opi of choice. I'd take it(smoked! lol) over IV morph anyday.

now if you're going to use transdermally(as intended) or oraly/sublingul it might not be the best bet for your $... now if you're one the folk who pay like .50cent a mg for Oxy it's a steal lol.

Not a bad price in my opinion especially if they are 100mcg/hr and you will want to smoke the gel patches like mentioned before (Don't mix it in a drink, did this the first one I had and it sucks) for sure and you only need a dab at a time...start small...you know the drill. But as for orally (not the patches the pops, actic) they are good like this as well, at least for me. I get the 1600mcg ones and it will last like half the day, but the best (to me) is to take an OC 80 in the morning and have your 1600mcg pop throughout the day as needed and it will be a great day...yea that stuff is nice if you can get it...

Be careful with chewing patches, you really have no idea how much you are taking and once you have chewed them it's too late if you chewed too much.

Thanks roxi but swim has a raging tolerance and they were only 25mcg patches. Notice I said were, swim chewed three yesterday and was feeling good. Now I think swim will take some subs to clear my receptors and hopefully piss clean on Thurs or Fri.

30 bills for 100mg patches isnt ridiculous for Pittsburgh, i have sene people trying to pawn them off for 40. although i dont really think they r worth it. Try smoking the gel ihave heard it can be good, i tried to get the fent out but didnt have much success

around here people regularly pay $1 a microgram. 2.5 mg = $25
Of course you can get them less...
Be very careful, fent is strong shit. You can bang it (mix with hot water maybe a cc or so, the gel) but I have seen hardened junkies fall out on 2-3 mg.
definately dont do a whole patch in a dose, no matter what the strength.
Those patches are 3 day supplies. (You change the patch every three days)

well...I want to tell you guys a story and ask for a little advice. I was currently being prescribed 5mg percocet and 5 mg valiums for back issues that I have. When seeing my doctor for the last time i was upset to find out she was leaving the practice to start her own practice because she didn't care for the other doctors and nurses around her. My doc was one for managing pain and all of the other ones at the practice won't write narcotic prescriptions. Right away I ran around, and rang the phones trying to find a new doctor that writes them kind of scripts because in Maryland its hard to come by docs like that...found one and went to see him. Basically called me a liar about my back issues because of my age...so I cussed him out for doing it, because it was done before he even looked at my records from my old doc. Found out there was a new doc at the old office and made an appt. I knew by talking to the secretary that he wrote for my kind of prescriptions. Went to see him and he was refusing to write them for me, said my old doctor wrote on my file do not write narcotic prescriptions. Seems there was a misunderstanding about the other doctors office I went to and she thought that I went there asking him to write the prescriptions when I only told him I was in search of a new primary doctor because I have bad back issues and was currently running thru chronz disease testing and there was no was possible I could go without a primary care doc. So he wrote me a prescription for 25 mg fent patches. Meanwhile I went back to the other doctors office and got a letter from him stating that I NEVER asked him to write my prescriptions that day and I was just in search of a new doc. Next visit I took it to my doctor to prove that it was all a misunderstanding and he still said that it was a red flag and WILL not write my prescriptions out. Once again gave me the patches but this time it happened to be 100Mcg's. Can someone explain to me why he would write me for the strong strong patches and not write me for my percocet? They are both narcotic and can both be abused. Another question is does anyone know the street value of 100 Mcg patches?I feel like I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place and have no idea how to get my prescriptions back from any doc now that everything is messed up, how do I get out of this mess?? I'm sorry for the long long post, hope it isn't a bore and I will be grateful for any information you guys can help me out with. (BTW...this is my husbands account im using, too lazy today to create my own.)

I usually pay $10 for the 2.5s and up respectively... But there pretty rare and id proly pay a little more if demand went up.. Id pay $50 max for a 100mcg...

You should start a thread over in the pain management forum about this, it would be the best to start your own thread over there because the mod in that forum Heidi knows tons about pain management and can give you good advice about your PM docs and stuff

Damn, that is a good price around here I have seen them go for $60 although the price is usually $40.
