How would this potentiate opiates with the Scop being in patch form?

Be extremely careful wthe tropanes. Scopolamine is a very poor choice of potentiation, because the opiate will, in fact, potentiate the scopolamine. All the bad effects, that is. For example: rising of body temperature, perceptual disturbances, vertigo, nausea, mydriasis, dry mouth, urinary retention, etc.
Not a good idea because atropine, hyoscyamine, and scopolamine can kill you, especially when mixed w stuff that is contraindicated, like all opiates.

I'm not a medical profesional, just a junky, and I really want to try this combo. I would use a small dose of scapolamine and mix w/ a good shot of dope. At one point (in englnd I think) doctors would use a mixture of scapolomine and morphine, they called it twilight sleep, there was a problem though, women would wake up and not remember giving birth at all, causing severe PPD.

All the reports I've heard of heroin being cut with Scopolamine have been very negative. Scopolamine is nothing like an opiate. In low doses it's a sedating anti-nausea drug but in high doses it warps your reality in a bad way. I can't see it being a good option for potentiation.

I was just wondering because I had heard of the twilight sleep thing. I don't particularly like tropanes but I have a script for Tran-Derm Scop for nausea so I was just wondering. Thanks.
